@Numot15The only area that I would say is bad if you're being chased by jets is the home stretch from the turnoff to your nightclub, if they're using cannons. Otherwise, that whole area is pretty quiet. I've actually got all my MC businesses in the Elysian Island/Cypress Flats/Terminal area.

Yes, have been hit once there, although have found I can throw them off by turning and taking the road by my La Mesa IE warehouse, the reset they need to do for that has bought time to run the home stretch

Elysian Island was my choice as it has the best gritty, nasty and industrial feel.

its sh*tty in many ways but this puts others off owning it...and this means it’s quiet.

i have del Perro on character 2 and it’s full of try hards that area.

Hmm funny I've never seen any try-hards at Del Perro when I'm on.

Well everything is relative and I never see anyone around Elysian island.

where as I’ve seen a few people try and kill me coming out of Del Perro (I’m usually passive on character two as all my money is made on character one regardless)

For player 1, I have the strawberry, I like it for him, because it is centrally located to office, clubhouse, i/e garage.

Player 2 I moved to west vinewood.  Also bought her the bunker just south of the prison, and as far as time between these two moneymakers, which is really all I use these days, it is nice.

Relocated the Nightclub from Del Perro to Downtown Vinewood, pure for the space and spawn spots around the building. What a joy. I hate the public entrance with the 4 dumpsters, but I won't use it anyway. The accesibility of the service entrance is so much better than the previous locations I used. Driving the Terrorbyte back in is so much easier. Also, that nice parking lot across the main entrance is a treat to park a heli on and not have to walk a mile through a narrow back alley, or avoid electricity poles all around the parking.

PV spawns nice and close to the building.

Should have gotten this one right from the start. Would have saved me millions, although the exterior looks like the Von Crastenburg's waste exit. Actually, the whole area does.

Del Perro has the nicer exterior for sure, but driving a car out the alley way always ends up in damage, due to the spawning cars and the CEO buzzard gets rammed into when spawned.

Vespucci Canals is nicely secluded. Not near, nor far away. Fine location, sh*t accessibility. Not much space around the building either.

I'll stay put here in Downtown Vinewood.

I picked Del Perro because it's around the corner from my apartment, which I treat as an office building for Bureau 13 my crew. and having my nightclub around the corner makes it convenient.

Question though, why DID everyone pick Del perro?

I'm considering a relocation from Strawberry.  It's been a great location, but I'm always looking for the best location.  I'm really considering Downtown Vinewood, and I am interested in Del Perro, since I can parachute to it from my Lombank office.  The sales are all very similar, and all 3 have very good highway access.  But for business battles, is Downtown Vinewood too far north?  Flip side, is Del Perro a complete disaster with everyone owning it for battles?  Strawberry is an awesome location for anyone interested.  I can easily park the buzzard in the alley.  Vehicle spawns aren't bad.  There can be a lot of traffic around Benny's sometimes is about my only gripe, and it is in the middle of the city, so BB have been fairly decent for delivery.  Has anyone out there owned any of the combo's (Strawberry/Del Perro, or Strawberry/DTVinewood)?  I thought I'd ask since it's so insanely expensive to move nightclubs compared to most other businesses/offices.  Thanks!

Attention Mission Row NC owners- is the delivery icon for business battles tucked deep back in the alley way by the garage door or out in front of the street? I originally thought it would be impossible to land a heli back there and would suck for BB.  But today I was helping someone do a promo and the delivery icon was out in the street which would be an incredible advantage/game changer to me. Can anyone verify where the corona is coming in from BB especially for heli deliveries?

Same reason as you not far from my office and other businesses in the city.

I've chosen the Del Perro, unlike most of my decisions I didn't even think about other options :p It's close to my apartment and office, I'm always around there and despite the Terrorbyte my office is the default destination for me during I/E work, that heliport does wonders in keeping a single Cargobob running for hours haha :D It's funny how my Cargobob never blew up while on that helipad, everywhere else it seems to explode as soon as you get away from it! Anyway, after selling a vehicle I leave the Cargobob on the helipad, and if needed I get a personal vehicle from my assistant and go straight to the nightclub which is just around the corner. I work only on solo-public or friend sessions anyway, so the location's popularity means nothing for me. Convenience is all that matters :)

I love the Vespucci canals so of course I chose the Vespucci one because I needed to gentrify the area even more with maisonette los santos

Strawberry - wanted a base for easy access to downtown and southern parts of the city, and that I could get to, and from, Maze Bank without too much grief.

Same. with Maze bank and Del Perro apartment 2 blocks to the north, Cocaine lock up 3 blocks north, and cash creation and MC Clubhouse to the south and west, Del Perro made total sense for me. It's got great highway access, ideal for NC sales. With 30 parking spaces in my NC, 60 in the office and 10 in the apartment garage, I can shuffle my vehicle collection around with ease. I've also got the Chumash Bunker not too far away, and a second apartment (I treat it as my beach house just for giggles) near Vespucci Canals.

I've never had anyone ambush me in Business Battles by camping outside the NC entrance, though I've heard people do it. Usually for BBs either nobody else in the lobby is interested, or if there's 2 separate crates we split them.

The one annoying feature for me is that the game often parks my Oppressor II the other side of the big multi-storey car park, so I have to run from the back alley round the building to get it, but it's generally a quiet area (i.e. not too much Ppayer activity) so it's not a big enough problem to relocate for.
