West Vinewood

I didn't know I had a crate warehouse nearby AND my Weed is literally right across the alley lol

The Del Pierro area was suicide, other nightclubs, a coke facility, the cheapest/most common office.....

And I didn't have any main property I actually used in the Vinewood area, hence how I forgot I had a warehouse and weed factory nearby. I figured the area would be abandoned, seeing how most people had Paleto/Chumash Bunkers and Paleto Facilities.... and I was right, most people own the clubs in the Vespucci beach area or closer to the hood from my experience

Mission row. It's quiet, and smack bang in the middle between my office @ Arcadius and garages. A bit slummy but reminds me of most of the areas clubs are in IRL.

I went with Downtown Vinewood. It's the best for selling (being so far North), closest to my bunker (Farmhouse), and the garage entrance is basically right on the main road. There's a convenience store across the street and Ammunation is two blocks away too.

Only thing that sucks is the guest entrance, the poor patrons are lined up in front of a bunch of dumpsters. If I was running a glitzy nightclub I would probably move the dumpsters, but hey, that's just me :p

Downtown Vinewood for me.. It's very close to my medium crate warehouse. Main reason is the fact I know the location and surroundings very well, due to me moving so many crates up there. So I can ride blindfolded to it (so to speak).

It has a nice parkinglot next to it, so good for landing any chopper, even an avenger. Nice big and large street leading up to your underground garage.

I have an escape alley to my closeby MC and ofcourse my medium warehouse is just a few footsteps away.

Must be me, but I don't like my nightclub to have a billboard for 'male underpants perfume' on its roof… 😉 And that location is further away from all of the above, so that wasn't really an option..

WRATH_OF_POWER

Just went with Mission Row, close to my Maze Bank Tower and slightly cheaper then Strawberry

Ultimately used for additional vehicle storage

But thought I just start it up cause at least it makes a mere $10,000 a day 😒 in addition to doing the silly Promote Club Jobs... Meh 😒 😊

Geez. I was just looking at where all the entrances where for the clubs (almost all were obvious, maybe one or two had multiple doors on the building and I wasn't sure) and I just went through maybe thirty sessions before I found a SINGLE person who had the Cypress Flats location. Two in La Mesa (second one found several sessions after said elusive discovery) and most other locations just about every session.

Gonna see how much value there is in playing populated versus empty public sessions with my first club and then decide if I want my second club in an extremely popular or completely deserted location.

Female character by Del Perro. Beach and high end shopping area close by.

Male character by Vinewood and the theater. Close to Pac Standard, symbolic of my characters rise to millionaire status.

Mine's at Vespucci Beach. Still wishing I could buy an awesome oceanfront property to live in; until that happens, this is vaguely in the ballpark. Plus I love that canals area, it's pretty and is a fun little maze to fight in.

I considered Del Perro though as that's where my office and very first apartment are. Still like that neighborhood, but the closer I can get to the beach, the better.

Del Perro like the location near the neon carpark / movie theater pedestrian area, Right across from the pier ferris wheel, and my office is just up the street all kinda close by

West Vinewood. Nobody around, nice wall mural, plenty of parking space for car meets/ manoeuvring the speakerbus, and most importantly. Nobody around.

I feel homesick so my "Gefängnis" is located at Elysian Island, (resembling Docklands, a Swedish popular rave nightclub in Stockholm under 1995-2002).

I chose Del Perro for a couple of reasons:

- Close proximity to my office at Arcadius

- Nice building

- Good access to the garage and plenty of space to park a car outside

- Club entrance on street pavement

- MC HQ is also in the vicinity

I thought about elysian island, but accessing it by car is complicated.

Strawberry. I loved the location in general and reminds me of the old bars I used to frequent downtown. Looks to have solid road access as well.

Del Perro's nice. Recently it seems to be not as highly populated as I feared.

And the garage access is nice for Business Battles since there are two entrances so one person can't block off the entrance. PV spawns when you exit can be iffy, but you can climb inside the parking garage without much difficulty. The beach is close too so a short drive and I can launch some beach parties with my Festival Bus!

Del Perro. My Lombank office is nearby, I can park my Buzzard in the alleyway near the rear entrance. If I'm driving, the nearby entrance ramp for the expressway can take me straight to La Mesa so I can spawn a Dubsta2. Slightly off-topic, but the After Hours update is helping me learn the freeways in Los Santos. :)

Elysian Island. It has that derelict industrial wasteland, grungy illegal rave warehouse kind of feel and the spawn spot outside for an aircraft always helps.

Felon Forever

West Vinewood on my main character (female). Del Perro for my rarely used second character (male).

Most crew mates also have West Vinewood, probably followed by Downtown Vinewood. Both Vinewood clubs with their more "central on the map" locations are just handy for all kinds of club activities: selling, promotion, business battles. West Vinewood also has plenty of room for aircraft to land on the parking lot(s) in front of the garage entrance.

Still, if there come big discounts for NC plus upgrades (maybe Black Friday) I might move my main character's NC also to Del Perro. That's just a nice building in a nice area, close to my Lombank Office, the pier and the beach (also for personal aircraft spawn points)

Relocated from Vespucci Canals to Del Perro almost a week ago. It's just a minute drive from eachother, but somehow Del Perro was more appealing, especially the building exterior. The PV spawnpoint is a bit of a letdown, though, and the distance from guest entrance to service entrance too.

But, the office is nearby, straight ahead through an ally. And it looks nice....

Del Perro and it’s fantastic right down to the sea wash green back entrance wall. Logistically sound and convenient to everything mission wise and free roam. Recommended.

Now have a nice little triangle between my Downtown Vinewood, Blow Up II start spawn (use "recently played missions" to always start at this spawn) and the stilt house (conker rd?) with a 10-car garage right above them for minimum f*cking around.

I'm only the second person on this thread to get the La Mesa location. It's a good location with access to an LSC and Ammu-Nation just a few blocks down, also having a police station right across the street for security. You can land a small chopper on the roof or the parking in back where the service entrance is. If you like drag racing other people, you can drive directly into the LS river. You've also got access to the train when it passes by.

Looking at the poll looks like I truly went with the best one, Cypress Flats.

Why Cypress Flats? Well to be honest I looked at a few of them. Del Perro first, but its limited access points and it being the cheapest ment you were begging to be ambushed. Then checked out the airport since my hanger is there. The approach into that club is terrible, not one I would want to do while being chased. Then I check Cypress flats, easy approach, multiple access routes, and the bonus of my IE garage being within walking distance. The choice was simple. And oddly enough even though it's a great location its quiet there, really quiet, as the poll shows.

To be honest, I look at it in a practical sense, if you are being chased by jets as your driving goods to your Night Club where would you want it be? For me it Cypress Flats

@Numot15The only area that I would say is bad if you're being chased by jets is the home stretch from the turnoff to your nightclub, if they're using cannons. Otherwise, that whole area is pretty quiet. I've actually got all my MC businesses in the Elysian Island/Cypress Flats/Terminal area.
