Mission Row. It seemed like a good choice as a secluded nightclub, and I appear to have guessed right. As the one in West Vinewood seems to be Eclipse Towers 2.0.

Maisonette Los Santos on Downtown Vinewood.

Large parking spot by the door, rooftop access, not heavily populated(I haven't met someone who owns one there yet) and overall it the place that makes the most sense to me to get as its behind my stilt house

Once i saw that they updated the building I almost went with West Vinewood instead, but then I saw that awful sloped road and tiny parking spot and decided not to.

I went with Strawberry because I like the detached building, which really makes it feel like you own the entire thing. The rim job double entendre is a total bonus, too!

Lsia.

Relatively close to highway access.

Close to airport

A jog away from 2 crate warehouses and my I/E warehouse

Haven't bought it yet, but having done a bit of research, it's probably going to be Strawberry - if only because it's one of just a couple that can realistically fit the entire interior layout... :turn:

...I mean, none of them can (because R* bolted a f***ing warehouse/garage unit on, as part of the whole Gunrunning-y bit that a nightlife update obviously needed... :sui:), but at least Strawberry and La Mesa have 'wider' rather than 'taller' exterior plans (unlike, say, LSIA or Del Perro), and Strawberry seems to be the 'widest' (enough that I can fudge the specifics enough in my brain somewhat...).

That, and somewhere nearer other nightlife-y spots makes sense - and hey, right around the corner from the man who spruced up my Skyline! ;)

It's all underground. All of it. You walk in, go straight down a couple flights of stairs. It can fit in all the buildings, because it isn't actually inside any of them at all.

...except there's at least a ramp up from the B1 garage level and 'loading bay' area to bridge some of that gap - it doesn't meet up exactly, but you can probably imagine there's only a short distance between the 'inner doors' of the interior, and the 'exterior doors' on the outside of the building.

That's the kind of fudging I mean - meanwhile, there's just no way (aside from some entire elevator system putting EVERYTHING, club interior entrance and all, so far underground it's moot) you can fit an interior this shape:

ebhccND.png

...into an exterior this shape - not even slightly:

WyXm253.png

Again, not without a big ramp going back above the nightclub, just to get vehicles out the garage door...

Meanwhile, Strawberry is ...eh, close enough to this, if you don't sweat the specific details. That'll do me - I can put up with a little bit of 'TARDIS syndrome', but only so much! :p

At least it isn't like some of the houses up north in the map. Outside is normal twin garage, inside is some cavernous 6-8 car garage........

IIRC, there's at least one house with a 6-car garage where the garage door to the house is on the right as you enter (as they all are), but the house exterior ...is on the left.

Went with Cypress Flats. I wanted something that would be away from the city, had good access to the highway (along with water nearby, train tracks as well) and it’s close to ammunation AND my vehicle warehouse

Good ol’ Vespucci

close to the beach (and Pegasus spawn) and near the canals

good price, good locale, what’s not to love?

Plus it’s in an area I don’t have any property so why not

Looks like I'm in the majority that picked Del Perro.

Right next to my CEO office, and in a part of the map that I rather enjoy (it's kinda similar to where I live IRL).

Lonely-Martin

Having had plenty of time to settle with mine (the top end one), the car park surrounding it will be a great place to park that party bus and have car meets, lol.

Went for Mission Row. Feels like a place a club would be, close to the freeway out of LS, and close to my office (Maze Bank Tower).

Del Perro, because it's my part of town.... everyone knows Pocket runs the Del Perro racquet. They call it the Perro Pocket Zone.

Finally succumbed this morning at got myself the one down at Vespucci Canals. Its a short drive from Lombank West and I can fit a Buzzard and a Cargobob out back by the garage door and the rooftop is usable as a makeshift heli pad. Just have to climb up where the club and building next to it join and use the air vents to get to the roof (just have to use the awning to get down without splattering yourself). Happy with that!

Del Perro: Location, location, location. My club, Galaxy, also looks good on the outside.
Parking? Other locations are better, and a proper stairway to the large flat roof woul be nice.
After testing i found the tight location not an issue for spawning my Buzzard or doing the popularity missions.
I almost went with Vespucci because of better parking, but i just could not pass on the location of the Del Perro club.

Location because i have Maze West a block away, easy access to a highway, straight shot to the pier, lots of npc activity, shops, my warehouse,
and i like how the surrounding area looks.

Del Perro, and it was an unusually quick decision (I usually would have just picked the cheapest to get my toe into the gameplay and upgraded later on discount, and after lengthy research).

However, this time I just toggled through maze bank's offers, knew this building is just my type (with Cypress a solid 2nd). Came. Saw. Bought.

Since I'm 99% private session anyway, I can care three pickled cucumbers about that warzone problem.

When I buy the Nighclub it will be at Vespucci Beach.  Where I base from and it's in the crew name.

Del Perro.

It's where my office and main apartment are, also close to the beach where Akula/Hunter spawns.

WEST VINEWOOD BAYBEEEE

West vinewood and Vespuuchi beach are the only two buildings with a garage and a door that aern't super far away, and I hate walking around the entire building to get my car, because I go in the garage entrance and it kicks me out the front door for a mission.    Also, ew that one near my Lombank office has way too small of an alley.   Downtown vinewood is also pretty nice in terms of the door placement, buuuuut...  my friend had that one.   So I was down to Vespuuchi and West vinewood...   Well, the garage doesn't have its own mod shop.   Vinewood's closer to LSC than the other one, so to vinewood I went~

Where is your nightclub located and what made you choose such area?

Mine is "Tony's Fun House" at Cypress Flats because I like my area to be discreet and have it located at a warehouse as a front.

Mine is "Galaxy" at Cypress Flats i also like this location it near my large warehouse witch it no bad.

Cost was not a factor since I have at least 5 super cars that cost more than the club.  The upgrades were the killer.  I bought all new vehicles and upgraded everything to the max.  Spent at least 15Mil

Haven't bought them yet. But I was looking at La Mesa for my main character and West Vinewood for my second. Spacious parking (and viable escape routes) on La Mesa and a high end street for the other one. But seeing the poll results I may be reconsidering that location. Not sure yet because I tend to conduct my business in empty sessions.

I've not had a lot of experiences with people sharing my property locations bothering me so I don't know what to expect other than a regular old shootout should we both be outside the door at the same time.

Del Perro Maisonette, block south from bahama mamas to keep eye on it IF it still opens in drip feed maybe. and club name because i have gta 4 DLC and played through it again this spring, IMO only club name appropriate to throwback DLC night club.

BTW to me seems Del perro house looks from outside only proper clubhouse, with nice parking area flashing up at night. Anything else looks like factory or fugly warehouse aged too much.

I think west vinewood is the best because it simply feels like a club on the Hollywood strip.  I got downtown vinewood with character number 2.  It has better parking and closer door to the garage. The garage is off the road.  So practically its better.  Dont mind the billboard at all on west vinewood.  I got two ladies dancing inside.  The billboard is kindv funny, but the club entry looks like a high end club.  With the UFO nearby making that noise.

The others seem like you are adding trip times, so those two were a must.

Strawberry, Close to my office (Arcadeus), my vehicle warehouse (La puerta), Ammunition, strip club and a kinda hidden garage entrance so i can park my buzzard away from the streets.
