Mission Row. I always liked the area. It's gritty and slightly decayed but also quite nice somehow. Seemed like a perfect place since I didn't have any other kinds of facilities around the Downtown area. It's also located right next to the big street that runs in and out of the city. Great for transporting stuff.

Elysian Island

Cheaper and I actually like that location especially the setting of the area. An seemingly abandon building on the outside with an actual technological recreational sets in the inside.

Only con is the distance during cargo missions, but overall I like where I'm stationed.

I decided to move my nightclub from West Vinewood to downtown and couldn't be happier. I took a mil loss but luckily I can afford it. I really liked the location and look of the other one but that billboard every loading screen was a bit much and also everyone had it. I like my new spot for its large parking lot, good garage access and its great and less populated area. Also I redid the look to match my xbox Vespucci one (concrete interior, second lights, male and female neon dancers and its called Studio Los Santos). Plus my friend has a nightclub in same building, hers is fancy one so we joke that hers is one you go to first then you wake  up in mine.

I chose the West Vinewood location because it was the most expensive (usually means it's the best place in R* logic). After visiting other locations, though, it doesn't look like much of a difference. The street at the side of the club is WAY too small for big vehicles and it gets crowded very easily if lots of players own that club.

I wish there was a big parking lot for the guests and owners, maybe with a valet and spaces for limos outside.

Vespucci Canals and loving it. It's proven nicely centered for the missions I got so far. Easy access, hookers across the street, coffee at the corner and easy to reach.

Forgot about the hookers 😂

I really don’t get why people don’t like this location and prefer Del Perro for the logistics. Vespucci is only a 20 seconds drive away from it and has room to land your ceo buzzard. It’s also situated at a low traffic road, so if you have to do a driving mission, you have all the road you need. Also, with resupplying missions from Tony, you need no to worry about damaging your cargo much. Low traffic is your friend while driving the truck back to your nightclub. And yeah, hookers at night across the street. Imo, best location so far!

Del Perro because it is close to my lombank office. Snipe players for a bit before parachuting to the club for dancing and drinking.

Del Perro Due to my CEO Office is nearby and also nearby is my Vinewood Crate warehouse. Maim reason is i wanted it near Dirty Deeds inc So I can spawn nearby my office garage since I have all my cars there and still have room grow before I need buy any of nightclub garage spaces. Since I'm not a huge car collector like some people I know.

Its easier to tell the way when you are on the roof to go down.

Here it is:

You go to the opposite end (seen from the entrance) of the roof go down a small ladder (there are two next to each other) accross the small roof, go up a small ladder, walk 10 meters and go down the long ladder on the left. You will land on the small service passage around 20-30 meters from your garage entrance.

Its a small journey but still better than parking an aircraft on the road and its faster to enter through the garage since you can run through the loading bay.

Or you could just park your helicopter a little bit south of the Del Perro Nightclub garage door which lets you skip all the ladder climbing.

@CobraX

The thing is, you cant park an avenger down there, people coming from that side could ramm your aircraft etc.

The roof is a little inconvinient but safe.

If people want to damage your aircraft, they will do it whether it's on a rooftop or not. Or at least, that's the way I see it.

They cant see it on the roof and they cant run into it by accident.

I doubt it that you can't see it since the roof isn't that tall, plus there's also the mini-map. I might try it out myself later on since I own the Avenger.

Studio Los Santos in Mission Row, right on Atlee Street! Good parking, easy-access garage door with a wide, uncovered alley, and just a block from Strawberry Avenue, giving great access in and out of the city. I've always liked the Mission Row/Textile City area - old buildings with a run-down atmosphere but lots of activity - and wanted my club to have a similar feeling. Like it's actually an underground, kinda-sketchy dance club in a refurbished warehouse or subway station or something. Plus, we're right by the Templar Hotel, so we're in walking distance for all those tourists! Cover charge is only $25! Come and meet the one and only Tony Prince! Only at Studio Los Santos!

Well you can see the avenger, but not most helis.

Also why would anyone bother to destroy a parked avenger thats sitting empty on a roof?

Well, you were afraid they were going to destroy/damage your avenger or other aircraft, not me. :p

I just think parking it on the ground just a little bit south of the Del Perro Nightclub garage door is a lot less hassle than parking it on the roof.

Downtown Vinewood for mission convince (center of the map)

But I think Del Perro is the best looking one. Might move there at some point in the future.

Paradise (because it's a VCS reference), in LSIA.

No one likes Cypress Flats? Hmm, maybe I should move there as West Vinewood club is definitely overcrowded. Everyone from my friends to hostile campers seems to have their club there. Although it's in the best location considering I have most businesses just south of Alamo sea and it's the only building that looks somewhat polite besides del Perro one, I'm looking for some other place to move my club to.

Del Perro, even if it's kinda mainstream.

Nice building, don't have to surf through trash bins to get into, really nice surrounding area, close to my Lombank office, easy freeway access. When it comes to LS city at this point I can't stand looking at anything east of Richards Majestic, been there for too long.

Mission Row

I like the "back-alley club" feel of it. Crappy looking from the outside, but a high-end club from the inside

Also it's close to the Police Station and Simeon Business Battles

Chose mission row, was unsatisfied by it's cramped alleyway location and close proximity to the Maze Bank Tower. I have moved to Elysian Island which I also don't like because it takes a year to get there from anywhere on the map

My initial instinct told me to buy La Mesa, and I still might

Downtown Vinewood.

Strawberry & Vespucci were tempting.

Del Perro & West Vinewood are a sh*t show. Once the Terrorbyte comes out, its gonna be a sh*t show on steroids.
