Where is your nightclub located and what made you choose such area?

Mine is "Tony's Fun House" at Cypress Flats because I like my area to be discreet and have it located at a warehouse as a front.

Malibu Club

I chose the one near the Maze Bank Tower since it's close to my office. I kind of regret it though since it's hard to fit some vehicles down that tiny little alley.

Strawberry, close to my Office, close to freeway, Bennys, Ammu-nation etc.. Also, good open area to land choppers outside the garage entrance (or on the large flat roof).

Also, there's the Rimm-job slogan on the wall 😂

Strawberry, because I thought it might be quiet - and I see it's currently leading in the poll. Oh dear

Also because it's close to Vanilla Unicorn, so it kinda makes a club 'quarter' in that region of LS when I'm in session.

I purchased Studio Los Santos @ West Vinewood and it's as packed as Eclipse Towers used to be.

Every single session there's at least two people who own it. Max I've see in one session was 5 at the same exact spot (not including myself either). I have yet to load into a session and not find anyone else there. Honestly it's that bad.

Someone is always there; either inside or outside. Thankfully Ghost Organization is a thing.

West Vinewood seemed ideal for an upscale, chic Nightclub. Heavily trafficked area but one that still carries the exclusive, prime-event feel of Vinewood. Not a hole in the wall like the other choices on the map either. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Just had to find out that I didnt come up with it first lol.

Glad to see so many opinions and variety.

I bought West Vinewood at first, and just like R3CON above noticed various other players camped there, and got nervous. So I traded it in for Downtown Vinewood over to the right, which cost me a packet but was the right decision for me. So much more space, access, peace, level roads and direct access from the freeway coming down from Sandy Shores, and far enough away from the mayhem of left-hand side of the map.

I think it's mostly a question of preference though, and also visited various friend' nightclubs last night and really liked the look and feel of the exterior of Del Perro, although I wouldn't want to be based there in busy session.

I chose mission row because I assumed looking at it it would be a deadspot - and so far, I was right. Barely seen anyone come near it. Right off the highway too making missions super easy.

Del Perro.

Close to my office, close to Personal Aircraft spawn, close to Pegasus spawns, close to MOC and Avenger spawn, best looking building imo and big roof area that is accessable by ladder so you can park an avenger or helicopter up there.

Killer Whale

Bought mine at West Vinewood to avoid the madness Del Perro must be on every session. Funnily enough, I don't mind the infamous billboard over it.

To me, a nightclub belongs downtown.

There were only 3 real choices.

Strawberry, Mission Row, or La Mesa.

La Mesa didn't have any prostitutes near by and Mission Row doesn't have a good spot to land a chopper.

Strawberry has a roof that you can land anything on, with a ladder to get back up.

It is near the highway and has prostitutes in the general area.

SOLD!

I have two night clubs.

My PS4 club is located in vinewood (1.7 mil one). I liked the exterior of it but that billboard needs to go lol. I named it Paradise and it has the purple/pink interior with floor ice smoke and also with the last set of lights you can buy. I have two female neon dancers.

My xboxone club is located in Vuspucci. Its called Studio Los Santos and has the concrete interior that is free with the second light option and no fancy ice smoke on the floor. Basically its supposed to be like an illegal warehouse Rave from the 90's. I also have one female and one male neon dancer.

Vespucci Beach, purely because of location.

Lot of techno/house/EDM clubs in my country are beach based. Seemed fitting.

The ramp up to the garage is a bit sh*tty though. It's too steep, and very narrow.

I picked Mission Row  (since they ignored us rural-types) as my favorite clubbing experiences have been in old-quarters of cities in commercial buildings stomping to industrial electro. love the lit alley and no signage. also access for trucks is awesome and close to my office at Arcadia.

I bought the cheapest one at the bottom of the map, although i can't remember what the area is called. I kinda wish i bought it at Del Perro though, As thats where i have 3 of my apartments, My office, and My Motorcycle club at. It's also really annoying going though all of those bridges i have to cross, with no cover from helicoper attacks. I'll wait until they put the nightclubs on discount before i move my night club there though.

Being of pure mind and spirit, I bought it because I just loved the building, especially when I climbed to the massive flat roof (two ladders and a (non-functioning) roof door for role play) and watched the sun rise. Great low-angled view of the city skyscrapers too, and room for a whole fleet of helicopters (or a blimp). Big enough to be a believable footprint for the sprawling underground complex as well...these tiny shopfronts no longer make sense. Also, the joy of being that close to the car wash...

Verbal Soze

The one and only LSIA owner here Lol

Why do i choose it? I dunno, it looks grungy and reminded me of the pier 48 from nirvana's concert, such a dumb move tbh, it's too far from everything 🤣

Strawberry, I really like that it's pretty much in the center of the city.

Its easier to tell the way when you are on the roof to go down.

Here it is:

You go to the opposite end (seen from the entrance) of the roof go down a small ladder (there are two next to each other) accross the small roof, go up a small ladder, walk 10 meters and go down the long ladder on the left. You will land on the small service passage around 20-30 meters from your garage entrance.

Its a small journey but still better than parking an aircraft on the road and its faster to enter through the garage since you can run through the loading bay.

Thank you. Technologie Del Perro now has a resident rooftop Avenger.

Del Perro, fits my 20s dress and I rolled up in my Roosevelt. Sad to see it is one of the most popular...

Vespucci Canals and loving it. It's proven nicely centered for the missions I got so far. Easy access, hookers across the street, coffee at the corner and easy to reach.

Elysian island, i got all my biker business there as well so i know the neighborhood very well. I also like the industrial envirement. Its also the cheapest nightclub i thought.

* i like the bridges, especially the railroad one, it leads straight to the club and because of all the iron? Missile lock from helis and deluxos always gets disrupted, so you can quite easy/ save drive through it. Good run ways for my opressor etc i m very happy here.
