Long story short, I was an idiot and messed around with the local files of my GTA 5 steam version, and did something (I don’t know what I did). I pulled up a picture of what normal, unmodded local files look like, and compared it to mine. everything was there, except the Update and x64 folders, and the GTA 5 and Loader did not have the .exe at the end. I tried to run the game, but it would give me the “unexpectedly exited” message. Anyone know how I can get the folders back or how I can run the game otherwise?
