Do I still have to worry about Bunker Taxes?

As the title says, do I still gotta worry about the $7k drain from the Bunker even if I have a technician assigned to that?

I've been hit for 9500 and I cant even link it. In the club it says I need to start the business up to link it, but at the bunker its steady piling up the normal product value. C* .....

Getting hit with fees as high as 21k, and I noticed that you get docked a lot more often than before.

Something like twice a day, for every property, business, and staff.

Tony jokes about laundering money to not pay the tax man.....you then proceed to pay upkeep, staff fees, finders fees, give Tony a cut etc.

 

At this point, can we just pay the tax man/IRS instead??

is there anywhere a spreadsheet or something where i can compare the taxes to the businesses?

 

maybe i let bunker closed to save the high taxes and only let MC and CEO businesses produce.

is this a good calculation, or do i need all of my businesses for max payout in the club?

Yes.

Hiring the technician just means you can utilize the 2nd stock building/at the night club thanks to the Bunker business.

The Bunker builds on it's own separately, so it makes sense that you'd still have to pay the fees for it.

Deactivate CEO/Biker president when you're not using it. Your bunker (if it has supplies) will produce, and your night club too and you won't get the charge.

For the super-stingy like me, log out and back in every 45 mins to avoid all utility charges. Alternatively, do 1 Headhunter and sell a Sentinel/Sandking/Dubsta every 45 mins to fully offset the utility charges.

So whats the best deal for some like me, wich has all businesses closed? 😄

 

Have some MC business activated, but only stay as CEO (with closed warehouses).

So the MC busniness will produce for the Club but i will dont get taxes?

Yeah that's what I'm doing. I hardly ever activate MC so I've turned on all the businesses so I can benefit from the extra nightclub production for zero cost (apart from the LJT nuisance calls)

Bunker fees reset upon entering a new session or return to freemode from missions etc.

 

Nightclub isn't like this. When active outside the lobby, the club still progresses with the daily cash and sourcing stuff passively. Other passive income needs crap like 3/4/8/18/30 or 7/14 minutes or you lose the supplies and get no stock.

 

Of course, the LJT calls about empty MC businesses can irritate some. But I'm leaving all empty and open/linked as we can do promotions in invites/solo, and my active gameplay will naturally see me avoid these easily, lol.

 

VIP work will cover the bills I do get, just like when selling an I/E car. This suits me, a lone player mostly, very much. I have the businesses of old and gave up running them because those times messed with my natural game too much, and the lack of balance. This see's me use those things again at little cost/no effort. Glad for that.
