I think this is a personal case, i didn't encounter any problems, and playing with a lower end graphics card too.. do a clean video drivers install and check again please.

Well I got little laggs in online. Seems like the fps drop for a split second and go back up again.

This update has slowed the games fps down a bit on ps4

Have this too, annoying as f*ck. Here you go, just alt+tab to desktop, wait 1-2 seconds and go back, it may help.

Well I'm on PC, but I think the overall stability dropped a bit.

Oh well, that Alt+Tab seems to work.
