Make sure your bunker is actually running and you have got it shut down.

 

Also keep in mind you'll have to pay the fee of having it running even though you're doing it all through the nightclub.

It was shut down but is back up and running for 6 hours now and the bunker option in the nightclub is still lock in the nightclub

I got the Blimp mission and after I finished I could fly it around for as long as I wanted to. The mission I got was to sit in a spot for a while playing music so it has to have flares for when a**holes want to blow you

 

 

A couple of questions about Business Battles

 

Is this only for public sessions?

How many people have to be in the lobby for them to activate?

 

Are the old freemode missions like Criminal Damage gone now?

Is say you need to restart production at your bunker in order to assign a technician to accrue weapons. But my bunker is back up and I getting a fee every 48 min from my bunker!

All of those items will be released in the coming weeks as part of the "dripfeed" that Rockstar does. They hold back content from the update to release at a later time

Try doing one resupply run for the bunker. Then you should be able to assign a worker to it.

lol I'm well aware of what dripfeed is and how they drop dlc's. This is why I asked, being this is the first time they've held back an MOC, contacts, and their missions within the initial drop. Normally, the dripfeed is only a few non essential vehicles. Mainly super cars, or sports.

Other players can interfere with your setup and popularity missions. As far as screwing with you inside the club, no.

 

Two of my buddies passed out drunk in their clubs and respawned at the Epsilon building and were awarded with a ‘Kifflom’ T-shirt. Has anybody else done this?

AFAICT they're public session only, and earlier tonight they were triggering with as few as 4 players (myself and 3 others) in the lobby. Not sure if they'll trigger with less or even in a solo-public...

 

As far as the other Free Roam events go, the patch notes say:

Countermeasures won't save you from a Hydra griefer cannon or the trollish dickhead that will shoot either explosive rounds or regular shots at it with the heavy sniper mk2.

Assuming it's like the Double Action Revolver, once you acquire it...you're stuck with it.

So keep that in mind, if you're the type of player that prefers keeping your weapon wheel specific.
