It’s unlikely (but possible which is why I’m throwing it out there) but it could be that you’re switching lobbies too often since it takes longer for a meth crate to be produced than those other two (and when you switch sessions, production started over). Like I said, unlikely but possible. 

 

It’s true, they are buggy though. When my meth lab stopped accruing stock it was for no distinguishable reason, but switching the jobs of two technicians worked for me. I think going to the lab and shutting down then restarting like the above dude said would be the thing I’d try next.

 

I’d also buy a coke lockup while they’re still on sale. If you have the money to afford the other businesses, coke will give you the biggest return.

@NT2YIELD It's unknown as of yet if stock accrue timers reset on session change. Some claim to have changed session every 40 minutes yet still accrue coke which is a 120 minute stock.

 

Meth is a 60 minute stock (all times here are with upgrades). Guns are 40 minutes and cash is 30 minute. If no meth is accrued I'd say it's stuck - which there are reports of having happened.

 

Try changing technician.

Try shutting down the business and restarting it.

 

When some of mine got stuck simply swapping technicians fixed it. That's easier and quicker, try that one first. Failing that, shut it down and restart it which usually works.

I've changed technicians already and it didn't work, I even hired an extra techy still nothing, one question though, if I shut down my meth lab will I lose the upgrades I bought for it ?

That's exactly my experience: I've been changing sessions every 45 mins or so to avoid fees, and coke stock still builds up.

Do you avoid fees though? Pretty sure you still get stung with fees even if changing session.

 

Contact mission method is best if avoiding fees, although you lose out on club earnings but fees are more than club earnings.

 

Do you do business battles though? They may be why stock accrues and could give a false answer as to if it does accrue or not. (Just trying to get some kind of definitive answer on that)

How are the sale bonuses if you sell to the speciality buyers?

 

I don't own any other MC buisnesses aside from coke so I'm wondering if it's worth investing in another one (meth or doc forgery maybe) so I can acquire stock of other things at my nightclub and then I'll be able to fulfill the speciality orders.

5% for the top special sale

10% for the middle special sale

20% for the bottom special sale

 

The special sales are often low amounts. I was keeping stock of everything and just selling the bottom special for 20% bonus however I was sat on stock and had techs doing nothing, stock taking a long time to accrue so found it's best to just simply sell when you want.

 

I did some calcs last week and there's not a lot in it regardless of how you sell.

I agree that missions are best for AFK, this time I was actually playing though (finally bought the MC businesses and was getting rid of whatever product accrued there as part of their initial set up).

 

I can confirm daily fees can be avoided this way too. I run a timer set to 45 minutes, and start it right after going to "Find new session" from the menu just to be sure. The only time I get hit with fees is if I'm "trapped" in a mission that is taking longer than expected but I also can't or don't want to cancel it. Otherwise, no fees.

 

I've been in solo public all the time now, not doing business battles. I never stayed in a single session over 120 minutes. I started with no coke at all and now I have 3 units, so I'm pretty sure it must be accumulating even though I've been jumping sessions, although I didn't check if it took the expected 120 minutes or longer (I wouldn't be surprised if switching sessions were delaying it).

In my Nightclub I have the access settings in the interaction menu set to no-one for both the VIP & Office areas. A few days ago I had a player from my friend list join my room and they were able to walk right up next to me in my office at the window overlooking the DJ booth. Are the settings bugged? Am I missing something? I was under the impression that those settings, when set to no-one, would keep other players out of those areas of my club.

Either the setting wasn't what you though it was or, if you didn't actually see them walk in, they passed out drunk and woke up in your service bay.

What exactly do I keep/lose when trading nightclubs? I've heard that I keep storage/garage floors and lose all decor. But what about the technicians, the upgrades, my upgraded pounder/mule...?

Is there no exclusive shirt for dancing to Dixon for an hour? I did it and no shirt, pretty sure I didn't fudge it unless they patched the ruberbanding right trigger method..

 

Edit: weird, so the next time I started dancing I got it within a minute or two. I thought it had to be an hour done all in one go, I guess not.

Ok, not sure if this is After Hours related, but just finished work and switched on the PS4 and got an update notification. Says its Grand Theft Auto V: Version 1.29 but we're on 1.44 aren't we? Can't find anywhere that tells me what this update is. Can someone explain please?

Some say its a hard-fix for a Glitch people are currently exploiting. And if I remember correctly the PS4 labels its updates differently to what R* does.

I did that and got booted for being idle the other day.
 

Do you need to rubber band your controller if you are watching TV? And have it plugged in so it does not go to sleep? Does this work on consoles?

If you are on xbox1 you also need to go into setting and change your idle properties.

Mine is set to never show the idle notifications....

 

For PS4 - no clue.

No. In fact I've never seen one that had a bonus greater than 10%.

So I had not been having a problem with my NC business until after selling all my biker goods last night.  Now the South American Goods is just sitting there doing nothing.  Just wondering if you guys had come up with a solution?  Thanks.
