Funnily enough thats the video I was watching before I had to drop what I was doing. Just started watching it. Hers was the only video I could find (in five mins of searching) that had them.

No, it only has to be active. I’ve got 4 biker businesses working right now with no supplies and my stocks are filling up

Not every one, you can only have 5 businesses creating stock at a time. Unless it’s important to you that you sell full warehouses (which you don’t get more money per volume) or selling special orders (which are only a 5 percent bonus), you’ll only want the ones with the best payouts

I bit the bullet and did it. I didn't do it as a money making venture, I did it more because I thought it would be cool to finally own all of the biker businesses, and between the price discount and the Nightclub income generation, it feels like they're at least heavily subsidised right now. 

 

Now I just need to wait for discounts on biker business upgrades, so that I can at least make them look prettier, even if they won't be producing stock lol.

1) they're on sale

2) you obviously found a means of making money that's good for you and makes more than you need so why not?

3) provides you a few safehouse across the map to duck in for xyz reason when you're not a CEO

Pharmaceutical Research has stopped accruing stock out of the blue. I have a Technician on it and I just checked out the lab, it’s still up and running. Anyone have a similar issue? Or a fix?

Update: in case this happens to anyone else, try swapping the assignments of the broken technician and another, it started working just fine

I keep getting very close to filling a special order, go do some quick task or dance in the club for 5 minutes, come back and the special orders are all changed, now requiring businesses I don't have (always weed in particular).

 

Is there some way to just wait for that last 1 unit to be produced?

Do you just sit at the desk?

I don't wan to change it, I just would like to be able to fill one.

My guess then is that you have to overproduce and stockpile then hope for the right combination to show up while you're in the club?
I may need to buy more storage. I usually selloff the stock when it's over $100,000.

It's not a necessity, but I'd at least like to try it to see if it's worth bothering with.

I don't think you'll get money. I believe the Nightshark will be listed as 'FREE' on the Warstock website.

 

So no real advantage I don't think  I'm in the same boat.

Guest List is based on account registration, not character, so both should, however I won't be surprised to only get it for my first character.

You will be able to sell your original one for half price after you get the free one. At least that was the consensus the last discussion I saw.

My only hesitation would be this. Normally 3 businesses fill faster than the others so you need to sell at about 700k anyway. I had 2 different characters and one only has 3 of the businesses while the other has 5. The production difference between the two was minimal. Probably about 50k per 500k difference between the two. But with the other businesses you will have fees to pay which will all but negate the advantage of buying the businesses. If you are planning to do MC sell missions then yes it's absolutely worth it. Just my two cents but you might want to wait until the businesses are 50% off. That assumes you have the 3 fastest businesses now. Just my two cents.

I got 3 MC businesses, a bunker, Meth lab and Counterfeit cash factory. The bunker and counterfeit cash factory are both gaining stock in my nightclub but the meth lab is not, it has been on 0 for the past 3 days now. I have 3 technicians one in each slot, I've tried changing technicians, Fully supplying the meth lab, hiring a 4th technician and use him, selling all the stock in the meth lab, pushing nightclub popularity to max, but no matter what I do my Pharmaceutical research in my nightclub is not gaining any stock.

Shut it down and restart it, then try changing techs around. It's buggy.

The large orders give a 20% bonus (5 and 10 for S and M) so worth it if you want to risk the large sale. 

 

My advice would be to not fit missile battery to the Pounder as it's higher than many bridges/tunnels.
