Which is the best nightclub to buy?

Gonna buy Del Perro because it's close to my office and one of my apartments.

I buy my GTA properties based on their location for ease of their missions and avoid the most popular ones (usually most- and least-expensive), but I’m waiting until more people start doing missions and discover which locations have annoying drawbacks

IMO best locations are:
(just from lookin at the map)

Downtown Vinewood Nightclub 
+ in the middle of the map (I think we might have fetch quests outside the city)
+ nice looking building with a lot of stairs 
+ close to aircrafts spawns (Casino)

- 4 dumpsters right next to the entrance...

Del Perro Nightclub
+ Nice looking building 
+ close to aircrafts spawns (beach)

- bottom of the map (supply runs will take longer) 

The most expensive one (West Vinewood Nightclub) has that ugly billboard in the background

I bought it, but I regret it as it's next to steep road and back alleys are kinda narrow. If I already completed setup missions, can I change it to another nightclub without losing progress?

I bought the second cheapest one (Cypress Flats) as it is a block away from my vehicle warehouse. I don't think that it's going to make much of a difference which one you buy TBH. My only real complaint is that with all the cool garage space and storage rooms and fancy intricacies that there is no helipad on the damn thing. Seems like a major oversight to me. 

 

Edit because my nightclub and vehicle warehouse are a block away from each other I also moved my MC just down the street and now all three are in the same hood. Of course, I never use my MC for anything but at least I made some money moving it closer.

Del Perro, Vinewood or Downtown will be the most handy ones, I guess. LSIA and Terminal will need longer trips probably.

I'm looking at this now, and wanted to ask the same question. I've taken a tour of all the locations, and it seems the best ones are Del Perro and Downtown Vinewood but I am finding it difficult to decide between the two. As usual with R*, the most expensive choice, West Vinewood, definitely isn't the best this time either.

The coolest one, which is the Harbor one, Elysian Island.

Del Perro.  Nice building and neighborhood.  Right off the highway over the tunnel for easy access.  White Widow right across the street.  I don’t own any properties on the west coast (had my MC down by the beach at one point) so getting this club location was best for me. West Vinewood is the only other location I would consider.

The West Vinewood building and access is nice, I'm between that and Del Perro. The fugly billboard on the WV one is a con, tho.

Del Perro looks like it's going to be the warzone. The Vinewoods may be pricey, but they're not attractive. Too many of the industrial area ones just look like a crappy workshop with loading dock.

$5M with all the trimmings is a lot cheaper than I was expecting. I was expecting this update to be heinously expensive. Like, the initial buy-in would be over $2M at minimum, with the grand total being close to $8-9M. I'm pleasantly surprised about that.

Time to wait and see if this is an actually profitable investment, or if I/E is still the only thing worth while. Will be hard to beat the fabled 2x I/E.

I have the Del Perro, but I see it is popular because of its location close to offices. I hope I made a good purchase, since sell missions have to be considered if we only get 15 minutes or so.

Prolly gonna buy the Del Perro one since it's the closest to my office and Del Perro Heights apartment.

 

Idc that it will be a war zone, I do money grinding in solo public sessions.

Del Perro is a solid choice, and I can already feel it's gonna be the "default" one for most people. I wish there were something nicer in Vinewood I could choose instead, as that seems to be the natural location for a venue like this but the two properties there both suck, each in its own way:

• WV: more central location but ugly surroundings, a shabby building, and next to an a ugly billboard to top it all up
• DV: closest to the cool area but on the very edge of it, and a really crappy entrance (maybe it changes once the club is bought?), does not seem great for vehicle access.

Del Perro one has a huge clean roof (no huge aircon units and such), you can land an Avenger on it and have room to spare for a Cargobob, only downside that I can see is that the only fire escape is at the opposite side of the building compared to entrance

My second character has the Del Pedro by the shopping plaza? I forgot to load into my main character first but that’ll probably be WV even with the nutty billboard (giggles). Didn’t have time to even go inside the nightclub because of stupid real life work responsibilities .

 

Hoping the forums will provide more actual testimonials on best locations. 

 

Cant wait to get home, cook up the roast for the old lady, get her wine drunk to the point she uses my dog as a pillow companion and I can play the DLC properly without interruptions. Really interested in how the consolidating business hub works and put a ton of cash into the released vehicles (Jester Classic calling me).

imo based on appearances (so, NOT considering gameplay as I haven't done that yet)

 

only a few of them really have good street access/street views:
 - The two in Vinewood look great;
 - Del Perro is great, too, though kinda a weird mall location (especially when Bahamas Mamas is a block away lol);
 - Vespucci location is kinda ugly and weirdly tucked away in an alley; 
 - would be weird to actually ''pull up' to the two at Port of LS and LS Airport, which are nonsensical and just there for poor players lol; 
- the southern East LS one is OK and has decent street access, super close to Ammunation
 - the East LS one near Lester's is pretty nice, actually, and probably the coolest 'industrial' location, kinda weird being beside a police station tho
 - the one near Forum DR has a great street location but it's actually a bit weird for a club... there's no street parking there, nice open location and building though
 - downtown one is kinda ugly and tucked away

 

so far as stylish upscale 'nightclubs', coolest and most believable looking ones with street views/access are Vinewood, and Del Perro

 

in terms of kinda shady industrial clubs (that look cool as a front for a business)...  either of the 3 cool ones above, or I guess maybe the East LS one near Darnell Bros or the one near Forum DR in that old Rimmer Paint warehouse.

 

Vespucci, Port of LS, LS Airport, and downtown ones are all ugly AF imo.

 

for gameplay, no idea but I would guess it's also Vinewood and Del Perro... cuz they're most expensive, and closest to Blaine County... so knowing Rockstar, the price tags reflect a premium for better delivery time or something lol =p but i emphasize i haven't done the missions yet
