GTA: Online Breakdown - Nightclubs

This is the complete financial breakdown of the Nightclub, and associated activities, that released in the After Hours DLC.

 

• All Nightclubs are in Los Santos 
• Prices range from $1,080,000-$1,700,000
• There are 2 setup missions, one for Staff, one for Equipment
• There are 3 Upgrades:
  • Equipment: $1,425,000 - Allows Warehouse Techs to accrue Goods faster
  • Staff: $475,000 - Reduces daily popularity loss
  • Security: $695,000 - Reduces chances of enemy attacks. 
• Nightclub earns passive cash from "basic Club Operations"
• Cash from basic Club operation is just picked up by going to the safe and opening it. 
• The amount earned daily is based on popularity (full graph below in spoilers)
  • 0% $100, 25% $1,000, 50% $3,500, 75% 6,000, 100% 10,000
  • EE version 0% $1,500, 25% $2,200, 50% $9,500, 75% $23,000, 100% is $50,000
• Safe Max is $250,000
• Promote Club missions increase  club popularity by 25% per mission (1.25 bars)
• Nightclub Promotion missions can be done in Private Lobbies. 
• Switching DJ's increases popularity by 10% (0.5 bars)
• Business to Club items, prices, and times (time= stock/upgraded) EE is for the PS5/ XSeries versions of the game. 
  • South American Imports (Cocaine)=  - 240/120 min for $20,000-$10,000/hour- Max capacity [email protected]$200,000
    • EE: $27,000- $13,500/hour Max capacity [email protected]$270,000
  • Cargo & Shipments (CEO Crates)= 140/70 min for $10,000-$8570/hour Max capacity [email protected]$500,000 
    • EE: No Change
  • Pharmaceutical (Meth)= 120/60 min for $8,500-$8,500/hour Max capacity [email protected]$170,000
    • EE: $11,475- $11,475/hour Max capacity [email protected]$229,500
  • Sporting Goods (Gunrunning)= 80/40 min for $5,000-$7,500/hour Max capacity [email protected]$500,000
    • EE:  No Change
  • Cash Creation (Counterfeiting)= 60/30 min for $3,500-$7,000/hour Max capacity [email protected]$140,000
    • EE: $4,725- $9,450/hour Max capacity [email protected]$189,000
  • Organic Produce (Weed)= 40/20 min for $1,500-$4,500/hour Max capacity [email protected]$120,000
  • EE: $2,025- $6,075/hour Max capacity [email protected]$162,000
  • Printing & Copying (Forgery)= 30/15 min for $1,000-$4,000/hour Max capacity [email protected]$60,000
  • EE: $1,350- $5,400/hour Max capacity [email protected]$81,000
• You can only assign one Tech per Item (DO NOT HIRE MORE THAN YOU NEED)
• The items collected do not come from the businesses themselves. And it does not provide product for those other businesses. 
• You only need the business to be active, it does not need supplies. 
• Tony takes a 10% cut, capped at $100K

  • 7/31: Tale Of Us,
  • 8/07: Dixon,
  • 8/14: The Black Madonna

Question: are things behind a trade price?

Question 2: so the nightclubs auto gen stock? Does that mean I can auto gen CEO crates/mc business stock/bunker/hangar?

Question 2.5: if yes does it auto transfer or do I need to do a transfer mission?

Answer 1: It seems some things are.
Answer 2-2.5 Not sure, but that is something that I will be testing.

Quote me when you do. My shift goes another half hour and commute+ instal time it'll be an additional hour and answer 2/.5 will determine my location

Are you sure it's patched? There have been various reports of it not working from weeks ago yet it works perfectly every time whenever I check it.

 

If it is patched try either MTU or using a wired connection via a switch to the router and disconnecting the switch-router cable for 10 seconds. or just session hop until an empty session comes up or you find yourself in a peaceful session.

 

Although surely this shouldn't be in this topic?

I ended up getting the Vespucci Beach Night Club for my female character since that is closes to my biker's club house in Vespucci beach. My main character will get the one up West Vinewood.

Don't fall for the cheap club stuff, the delta between the most expensive one and the cheapest one is less than 600k and that's the upgrades that will inflate the price: garages will be more than 2 millions, for example.

looks like the bulk of the cost will go on maxing out your storage and garage size, something I will hold out on for now as. Otherwise doesn't look too expensive (initially)

-  you can't change name of your night clubs there are 9 preset name

-  all the nightclub interiors are same , prices vary according to the location

-  you can store 40 cars in the storage (10 on each floor)

Avenger trick for taking all three special cargo crates at once to your warehouse has been patched (you now drop the crate outside the Avenger when you enter)
