I really like this SR flying bike. I don't use it for for bad behavior, just for jobs and stunts. :) But I really wish the hand brake would allow decent, and the placement of the boost button is bad ... I keep on boosting after I do a hack or something similar on the phone. :(

I keep hitting x thinking I'm going to fire missiles. I swear every new vehicle has a different button for similar features.

@Arrows to Athens I got my own Mk2 yesterday, lol - and I just wanted to thank you for showing the speed trick, which me and my friends had great fun with yesterday (so useful too!). It’ll be a sad day when they patch it, for sure..

Honestly, I’d swap that for its guns. Give me an Mk2 without weapons and only with countermeasures, but let me keep flying that fast and we have a deal, R*!

Another really funny thing we found out yesterday was that if you get off of it on the ground, do a character action and keep doing it while getting back on the bike, your character will keep doing the action despite riding the bike. It’s hilarious. And when you climb off you can run around while doing the character’s action still, so it looks like a bunch of scared chickens running around!! Too funny really hahaha... maybe it works for other vehicles as well, I don’t know, but I’ve never seen it before. We had great fun with that and the speed trick yesterday, riding the bike up and down like a dolphin while hands flung up into the air hahaha

I really like this one. It's great fun driving/flying down on street level and through narrow passages like the building constructions. It's also good if you go on the occasional bounty hunt.

It's quite silly looking though. Not much of a bad ass factor in it.

There isn't many random player purchased this machine yet, I been enjoying grinding the Rockstar missions with it...… and not one of the other players have it.

I guess a lot of the GTAO players we see in-game are not the grinders like us and build an empire of garages with the latest supers, sports, classics, weaponised vehicles.

... I tried the speed boost glitch it did a number on my fps, I dropped from 90+ all the way down to around 3 fps,

So the GTA map is huge. There are probably millions of textures These textures don't all load at once, they load as you enter the area and are looking in that direction. When you do the speed glitch you are moving much faster than the processors can draw the texture and move on to the next. That may be helping your FPS take a dive.

I've noticed since doing this my XB1 gets MUCH hotter and I have to put a fan on it now to keep it from overheating and just shutting off. :D

Might as well ask, can you do OG Online Contact Missions on this?

You can do it in reverse, too. Simply reverse and go up and down, then watch you gain some insane speed. It's harder to control, though, but still fun.

I'm loving this thing, but having to reign it in a bit or I'll end up in bad sport again.  After the first Oppressor came out I was in there quite a lot.  If I go in now I won't be out until next year, and I don't really fancy that.  Look at that - the system works :p

Upside-down flying and loop-the-loops are great fun, but I was playing with reversing earlier.  Turns out you can fly down buildings pretty quickly.

I don't think you'll have to worry about that. ;)

This thing eats regular Oppressors for breakfast, even with the MG. Just follow them and shoot em' off.

Even CEO / VIP work. Headhunter is extremely easy with the MK2.

The system works just like IRL with criminals. Those who're on the verge may get discouraged, but career criminals will always find the way, the risks are omnipresent for them and accounted for. If you want to do some carnage, make sure to check your player status and when you're labeled as dodgy do some heists/ missions. Commendations do help a lot so ask your mates to commend you when they can, it should be a habit. Run a VIP work if you're in the mood for chaos and forget about anything BS related.

No Use For A Name

I’m thinking about starting a petition to get the explosive cannon hit box (?) lowered slightly. As it stands now, it shoots over most cars, making it, well, highly useless. It can blow up SUVs with ease, but it misses most cars. Kind of annoying

People can talk whatever they want about this bike, but it is way much useful than it seems, like the MK-1 it is spawnable in the MC menu in case of a emergency, it flies and have counter-measures, missiles are OP, but still a hell of a good counter, i destroyed some tryhards which were using Lazers, Broomsticks MK-I and MK-II in the city thanks to these missiles + chaff.

Easy to use, i very rarely fall off the bike man ... this bike saved me in 3 MC business raids and in a bunker raid, so i'm fine.

The Speed glitch is a funny and useful thing (Client Jobs and Headhunter FTW), however ...

I don't know ... but i feel this bike gets more damaged easily, NPCs run over the bike, fewer hits and it always start smoking ... plus the old problem of GTA, sadly those tryhards always ruin the game, using the bike + glitch just to attack/destroy players and cargo and ran off, fkin assholes ... but even with this situation... still more Pros than Cons.

Yesterday while parking my MkII I got notification that I was riding my favorite bike.

I tried for many weeks trying to get the MkI set as my fav before this thing came out. Not sure what triggered it but I'm not complaining. 🤘

Does riding it whilst in your MC speed up the process or something? If so, I may as well AFK on it in my MC for a few hours everyday.

Nah. Don't afk in the MC. You'll end up paying the ridiculous daily fees and it doesn't speed things up. Check your vehicle stats for time riding motorcycles to gauge about how long this is going to take. Invite only lobbies can be used.

It might.

I've had the MkII for a week and in that week I've played more as MC than I have over the last 13 months I've been playing GTAO. I haven't covered the same amount of miles on motorcycles though. When I tried to start getting the MkI set as my favorite I had about 1,500 total miles on a motorcycle. That was several months ago. Now I'm barely over 2,100 total miles. Something else triggered it to be my favorite. Could have been the time I spent in MC riding it, which is easily 2 or 4 or 20x more than any other bike, even in this short week. :shrugs:

On the subject of Favorite Bike...what are the actual bonuses when riding it?

I know you can regen full health but what else?

The game needed about a year to realise I have sold my "favorite bike" and been using a good few others in the meanwhile. It was still listed as the Wolfbane up until yesterday, when the game finally realised it was no longer with me. Now my fav bike is listed as the Oppressor MkII, after using it for a week.

Melee damage, defense, and health regeneration are boosted

Sleepwalking

For single player modders, NPC AI can not drive this bike properly, it spawns but only to crash walls, other cars etc.

I don't recommend adding this bike to spawn naturally in traffic.

Yeah the favourite bike bonus is essentially the same as riding around with bull shark testosterone constantly activated. The damage received from the Combat MG Mk.2, for example, at 32 damage per shot is reduced to 22 damage per shot when using the favourite motorcycle or BST. So basically, a full health, rank 100+ player will take 8 shots normally with that gun, or 11 shots if its the favourite.

Sometimes that makes me wonder though, seeing as on the Oppressor and Oppressor Mk.2 it only gives a defensive bonus, whether to make a more ordinary bike like the Shotato or something the favourite, so there's an offensive bonus too (my weapons doing more damage). Never made my mind up about that.

While they might provide more bonuses, it's not exactly good if those vehicles aren't really combat-viable platforms to begin with. (And in 2018, normal bikes really aren't)
