Probably already mentiond 10k times but the Terrorbyte needs to be in your Nightclub. The current lowest garage level is the B5 one where there is nothing on the garage side. So that probably get's unlocked when the terrorbyte is released.

They can do both. Tuesdays for Online, Thursdays for RDR2. I doubt they'd be that kind though.

Unfortunately its R* big money grab on this DLC it would take an act of God to make that happen.

The chance is next to non-existent but I'm still holding out hope. If they release it then so be it. Freemode would be a better place without it though.

god honestly free roam would be better without all these OTT vehicles infesting the game

Good news is that the description says the garage in Terrabyte is for the Oppressor Mk II. Maybe stuck there. Hoping there's some kind of fuel system for it and you have to go back to terrabyte to refuel.
