I'm going to say that the size of the consoles DLC will determine if we will get the dripfeed as downloads later. They, unlike the PC have verification process and adding them every week would be kinda pain for them.

 That doesn’t mean anything though. The Range Rover SVR (Baller LE in-game) has the performance of a sports car, and there are many cars slower than it but that doesn’t mean it should be in sports and not SUV’s.

But the saddest part is? If we have to select existing clubs that means we have only couple locations. And that means we will have 10-15 players at the same location all the time... just like the Maze Bank Tower. But now it makes no sense at all...
oh well.

Gonna also add that there is not 1 new looking hyper car so far, R* has been adding super cars and what not in almost every update because they sell. Seems illogical for them to just give us this much vehicles, also not to mention how it was posted on how it was getting harder for us to get the codes for the vehicles. Could be well hidden.

Honestly I don't think that 15 is the final number of vehicles we will get with this update.

 

From those fifteen are 5 or 6 even tied to elementary Nightclub features and will have to come out on day 1.

I just think with this update they've for the first time covered their dripfeed in a way that we are not able to see it now and that it will be a surprise

for us. Why else would the update be over 5 GB?
