Idk how or why I got this but when I tried to set a bounty on a friend rn I just got this. Any fix or call support or wait the 2 weeks?

Seems like the timer is glitched (akin like the bad sport timer I've heard about unless that's since been fixed)  Can't offer much advice and I doubt Rockstar will be able to fix it for you (best advice they'll give is to reset your devices internet connection or clear the cache and hope that fixes it, if not they say it's a problem with your internet provider and close the ticket) 

 

Might have to wait it out?

Only 20 minute? The one and only time I tried out ghost organization with my friend we got something like 12k minutes. No kidding. Though I think it actually ended normally, because players started attacking us. But it still showed thousands of minutes left on the cooldown.
