Vanzant
Probably, I mean it's inevitable really...it all has to with the deal that was made with each company that owns the music. Video Game music I believe falls into the "Home Video" category which means a further release means the music will need to be negotiated. In many cases the money to put into a game 10+ years old isn't worth it. You still have the music on original release like the PS3 or Xbox360. Even if that does happen, how does that destroy GTAV? The game has it's own score for the main story. Also, on PC you can add whatever music you want without permission. This is spilled milk in my opinion. I think it's in the vein of how Star Wars fans hate edits to the original, you don't get the same feeling you did long ago when all the songs are replaced with something else. This is why I'm not a fan of Steam's version of Vice City, I couldn't imagine beginning a new playthrough without Billie Jean playing.
