Game always crashes when too close to Impound lot.

My platform is on Xbox One. In story and online if i drive to the inpound in any mode or mission, even a race my game will crash.

 

I have done all i can do on my side, restarted my game, redownloaded it, restarted my internet, the only thing i can do now is not go to that part of the map which is stupid. This message needs to be shown to whoever is in charge of bugs in the game. This is a serious matter.
