To initiate it, yes. But once you get supplies to process you can disband. You're better off not an MC for various reasons.

If your business has the supplies you do not need to be a CEO or MC Club president for the supplies to turn in to stock (passive income), as long as you are logged in online, and ypur businesses have supplies, the passive income gets bigger
