Do you think, other dj - other Music - or just another face at the pult?

Different sets for each DJ and multiple sets for each one if i had to guess. Haven't took the time to check any of them out yet so reserving my vote for later

Who is the older dude, who starts kinda dancing side to side, hands going in circles like drying dishes. He looks like he is chilling, hears a song and starts groovings out to it. I'd hire him, with a short leash.

 

Never heard of these DJs so looking forward to it Tues. 

Also like the Robot idea, and spinning ur self on sets.

Tale of Us, I guess...

 

I didn't know any of them but a few minutes on Youtube and Solomun is a bit too much house or lounge for my club, Dixon is too house, and just didn't think Black Madonna was good.

 

So, Tale of Us I guess because they seemed the most techno.

 

But, you know... I never knew what any of them sounded like before 10m ago lol so I may just chose based on set pieces lol ... or appearance, animations, etc. Solomun looked the coolest in the two trailers, maybe followed by Dixon and that slick shirt ... (my character always wears those big Tony Soprano esque shirts, too).

I only know Tale of Us from that list and their music is extremely bland. That Fabric mix they put out recently was one of the worst Fabric mixes in a long time.

With all honesty, though, I don't know, since I don't listen to club music, thus I don't know any of these DJs and their music. I guess I'll find out after the DLC drops - listen to them and see whomever plays the best. Their in-game dialogue lines and behavior may influence the order I'll be "testing" them out, but yeah, for now I won't cast my vote.

 

I generally wonder how this club thing is going to work, and how, or if, we're going to be able to change our DJs. Aforementioned missions to unlock them would be very, very nice, and I'd love that. There's nothing better than putting some effort to gain something in return, which all in-game businesses lack, really - once you buy them, you just grind freeroam missions, all equally repetitive, hoping to break even and start earning money. Please, please, R*, make clubs different, and more engaging.

^yeah, I think Solomun is probably the most talented of the bunch... seems the most famous, too (one of his remix like 70m views, a few others around 30m -- everyone else is like <1m)

 

just I think I want my club really electric and even bland techno got a bit more fire to it than the great-but-too-chill stuff I heard of Solomun and Dixon

I'm 49 years old and the only DJs I know are Jazzy Jeff and Jam Master Jay, and Jay is dead.

 

I didn't even know the names in the teaser trailer were DJs. I guess I have to do some research, lol.

Or The Tale of Us, which I'm leaning towards more so. But I don't know any of their music. I'm more into hard rock kind of music.

I don't know the other 3, but I'm always open to new music and artists. I'll listen to their work later when I have time.

The Black Madonna seems like a great gal, read up on her in some interview I found online. Awesome chick really. I hope I’m pleasantly surprised by the music in this DLC. Some contemporary house & EDM/progressive house is a bit too easy going and repetitive for my tastes, I often prefer more melodic stuff leaning towards the darker side of the spectrum, but I also like to keep an open mind.

So that big chic is TBM, got it.

 

Wasn't to keen on the "let's get to the club" line after she assaulted the police officer. Sounded real Robin-ish to Bateman. 

But something about the way she was clappings her hands above her head on the turntables was magical.

 

gameplay is my only concern. Then need like 100 different random events that can occur and do occur in clubs @ least 4 a night.
