did it give you any minidump?

also one more suggestion.someone has another problem with the game starting and giving it a black screen.so I gave lots of ways to make it work. I am going to post it. refer it and see if you have any mistake in the installation and this can also help you a lot. also, make sure your game is not located somewhere where there are too many folders.

I have some suggestions for you.

first same like penguin mob said, check if you have installed any mods.if there is uninstall all the mods you have installed.

second check if your pc meets the minimum specs. like if you have a bad processor, ram or something maybe it may not work for you.

third try running it as administrator.

fourth check if you have installed correctly. first, install a normal GTA San Andreas -site:igg-games.com/,https://thepiratebay.org/, or  oceanofgames.com/

note: if you don't know how to install check from youtube and make sure it is a clean installation if you already have. then install GTA underground snapshot 3.site:gta forums- site:https://goo.gl/gYqMrK,then install snapshot 3.3 from GTA forums-site:https://goo.gl/vvpsjQ,then install all the patches from GTA forum-site: took from GTA forums.

Snapshot 3.3.0.1: Fixes a crash when using the jetpack.

https://goo.gl/e1nneD

Snapshot 3.3.0.2: Fixes a bug where rubbish (random 'Zombie Elvis Found' newspapers/leaves) would spawn inside interiors, and it should also fix a bug where parked cars sometimes spawn numerous times, leading to performance issues

https://goo.gl/2A1Mqv

Snapshot 3.3.0.3: Fixes a bug where some interiors would appear overly bright + fixed rendering problems with the rubbish code.

https://goo.gl/8PbCDF

Snapshot 3.3.0.4: Fixes a bug where postfx colours weren't properly read and written by the compatible version of fastman92's in-game timecycle editor.

https://goo.gl/1j4wMc

then install GTA hoodlum crack:https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0HsUiXYxH7FTXpzME1VYzBMNkE after that run it as administrator.also one more thing when you are doing these steps run GTA sa.exe and track to see where the issue is like for example after installing GTA San Andreas normal game run it to see if it has any issue. then same like that after running snapshot 3 run it to see if it has any issue and continue the same step till the end of the installation.

fifth this is the issue I think you are experiencing.see if you have finished installing everything and be careful about lots of folders.

if you have a folder in that there is another folder and so on and if GTA is in one of that the game may crash and this is important for you because I had an issue where I made too many folders and the game was in one of that and it wouldn't load up and I think this is what happened.when i clicked the launcher it was confused where to locate where the game was as I had too may folder. if you didn't understand this I will tell you as an example.

eg:folder-folder-folder-folder-game

                         folder-backup             result:not working

folder-game    result: working

this is the maximum I can help you. other than this if it continues you won't be able to play the mod.sorry.

these suggestions I gave you were from my same issue which is your.the screen will load up and it will crash. my problem was that I had too many folders, therefore, the game never worked.

i have same problem, when i open UGMP.exe
I can play normal game, but ugmp wont start.

Hello, try:

1) Running the game as administrator

2) disabling your antivirus/making an exception for UGMP (it's known false positive)
