Issue With Hotring Racer Livery

I am trying to get the Sprunk livery for my Hotring Racer, and its locked needing 16 plays of a Hotring race to unlock. I've done 5 so far, and it has not budged.  Is this a glitch or is there something else I have to do?

I fixed it on my own. I found out that it just does not actively count down each race. It will unlock when you reach that number, and you have to keep track yourself.
