I'm going to be lazy and just put a YouTube link in. I'd call the station 'Synth FM'

One station for Hanohano and another station for Inner Circle. A lot of the tracks are taken from an earlier, now-discontinued concept I've done called GTA: Underworld.

That aside, just out of curiosity, since I've recently seen a GTA Online concept on this board, are we allowed to post our concepts here?

WCHL - Pure Sound

"Music of tranquility and phantasmagoria."

Type: Dynamic

Genre: Ambient Dub, Chillout, New Age, IDM, Ambient House

Host: Audrey

Year and Location: 2003, Ellis, Illinois.

Description:

A precursor of what would eventually become Self-Actualization FM, WCHL is sponsored by The Children of The Mountain, a cult originating from San Andreas. The station is hosted by Audrey, a newly-converted member of the cult, former escort and an ambient music aficionado, who would later go on to host the aforementioned station in Liberty City about five years later. She uses the station as a platform to spread the dogma of the COTM, though she noticeably hesitates a few times in her broadcasts.

The station follows a similar format to Self-Actualization FM, albeit more IDM and techno-centric than the former, to fit in with the Chicagoan aesthetic of Ellis. Taking on a more trance-like and psychedelic approach to the playlist, the station features mostly new age and IDM artists signed to Warp or Too Pure, two labels known for their experimental approach towards electronica from the 90s to the early 2000s.

Tracks:

Radio Naha

"The sound of prosperity from the Japanese mainland, just a few hours away, here in Hawaii."

Type: Dynamic

Genre: City Pop, Disco, Boogie, AOR, Jazz Fusion, Smooth Jazz

Host: Yuka Honda

Year and Location: 1989, 'Onaki, 'Oahu, Hawaii.

Description:

A large Japanese diaspora on 'Oahu means there should be a station catered towards the Japanese on the Hawaiian Islands. As the concept is set in 1989, the station, originating from its namesake city in Okinawa, features a predominantly city pop playlist, playing music by well-known artists such as Taeko Ohnuki, Anri and Toshiki Kadomatsu, as well as lesser known artists such as Eri Ohno and Tomoko Kuwae.

The station is hosted by Yuka Honda, the lead singer of Shibuya-kei band Cibo Matto, though none of their tracks are featured in the station.

Thinking of putting DLC storylines for both eras in my GTA: Borders concept as well.

If been listening to plenty of Midnight Club: LA music as well as other stuff which kinda inspired me to write again so I've been thinking of expanding on the existing soundtrack.

Here's some stuff I have in mind for the 2020 DLC storyline. Vinewood Boulevard Radio (Alt Rock), Radio Mirror Park (Indie Electronica), Neon Roads (Alt R&B), Radio Los Santos (Rap), Ego Death (Darkwave) and INI (Dancehall) will all receive new tracks in this. Deepness 92 (EDM) will also get a new mix. I'm also adding a new station called Futuro Los Santos which plays modern-day jazz-funk and other weird music, that's hosted by Louis Cole, who's the co-founder of the band KNOWER.

Listed below are three of them.

latest?cb=20130907041053

Vinewood Boulevard Radio

"Modern rock n' roll in the smartphone generation. Crack a cold one and let the good times roll."

Genre: Alternative Rock, Post-hardcore, Shoegaze, Garage Punk, Blues Rock, Electronic Rock

Host: Daniel Armbruster, Joseph Morinelli & Paul Brenner

Type: Dynamic

Tracklist:

latest?cb=20130924171756

Radio Mirror Park

"The sound of your old neighborhood getting displaced by guys running tech start-ups and coffee shops. Welcome to modern America, fellas."

Genre: Indie Pop, Electronic Rock, Synthwave, Psychedelic Pop, Chillwave, Hypnagogic Pop, Dream Pop

Host: Alan Wilkis

Type: Dynamic

Tracklist:

uwF20iD.png

Neon Roads FM

"R&B and soul music that defies all genre expectations."

Genre: Alternative R&B, Neo-soul

Host: Syd

Type: Dynamic

I feel like remaking my Vice City Rock Radio station that I posted probably a month or two ago on here.

I also feel like doing a HD Universe version of Wave 103.

I also feel like remaking my Rap/Hip Hop radio station since I screwed it up by adding Blondie and Wham on there.

Since Lips 106 is dedicated to drama queens, Rise FM for guidos, AUR for ravers and junkies, MSX for... maybe hipsters or junkies, why not a radio station dedicated to another subculture?

Part 21: Decay of a subculture (of a subculture that used to be popular in the mid-2000's and then began to die before 2010)

NeverMore Radio

“Depressing guitars, tormented and sentimental lyrics to cut your inner-self wrists.”

Host: Gerard Way

Genre: Emo rock/emo punk/screamo/alternative metal/nu metal/post-grunge/rap metal

Type: Dynamic radio

ID examples:

Spoiler

"Since nobody cares about your feelings, guess what, you can feel empathy with us, in this dark corner of the dial. You're on NeverMore Radio."

"You are nothing, I am nothing, we all nothing but this radio is something, for nobodies around LC. This is NeverMore Radio."

"Every heartbreak you had makes your soul wrecked, but you don't need a soul anyway. NeverMore Radio, for those who have lost its souls already without getting killed."

"You can see everyone smiling at laughing, but you realize all those cheerful feelings are fake. NeverMore Radio."
"NeverMore Radio, the soundtrack of your soulless and agonizing life stays still."

"People ask you to smile, you do, but behind that smile is a river of tears. NeverMore Radio."

"Don't bother to say goodbye to your dear people, no one will remember you after all. You're on NeverMore Radio, your soul rests in peace thanks to our music."

"Stay with us for a while, before you decide to grab something sharp. This is NeverMore Radio."

"Nobody dies virgin, because your life always been screwed. Keep listening NeverMore Radio."

"Tired of crying, yes, you're smiling but you're dying inside like the rest of us. NeverMore Radio."
