Absolutely not, horror is horror. Just make your mission adventured and have some anti-human creatures that's all.

It's more of a psychological horror thing, I'd rather not spoil it though. I'm almost done with the mission.

Edit: I'm also trying to find out how to upload my mission in DYOM in the form of an archive which also has the soundtrack, I can't figure out how to do it if anyone can help.

2. GTA SA User Files - SD - add a folder what mission code folder is

Soundtracks for missions are a new fad it seems, still it's nice to have missions with sound. Can't wait to see fully voice acted missions in 2020!
