Aztecas spawn in San Fierro? (Glitch)

I just read on GTA Wiki that there is an uncommon glitch that allows Varrio Los Aztecas to spawn in San Fiero Rifa headquarters (Battery Point) and attack them. Does anyone know how to make this occur?

One strategy involves a glitch on PS2v1 where flying off the edge of the map can add low density gangs to spawn in various zones. This was a commonly exploited glitch back in the day, but it would have been very rare to get a specific gang into a particular zone. If two gangs spawn near each other they will usually start arguing and eventually shooting. Recently, however, the off the map sectors have been mapped so it's a little easier to glitch things the way you want.

 

Another strategy involves advance exploits of the satchel trick - sometimes referred to as the hood abuse glitch. It's possible to exploit gang attacks (the attacks they start, not the gang wars CJ starts) to add grove density to turfs by winning attacks, or rival gang density by losing. By carefully manipulating your kills and position it's possible to change which gang is attacking to non-rival gangs (mastermind glitch) and then switch which zone will get their added density (pomor maneuver).

 

So theoretically it's possible to cause the glitch you want, but it's particularly difficult to get gangs to migrate into different cities. It been a while since I've been current on all the details, so I'm not sure if there are any particular roadblocks. Rhans has probably pushed these exploits farther than anyone else, and he's documented his strategies on his youtube channel.
