What is the best way to troll insurance fees in GTA?

I've heard up the cargobob+T20

I'm also aware of nosediving to the ground with Oppressors when missiles are locked on.

But what are some other ones that maybe you have noticed that work really well?

Playing on PC is a good(terrible) option,no insurance here,as long you don't mind modders and random bans.

If the player has a bounty you won't pay insurance for exploding his vehicle with him inside.

And i heard somewhere that, while doing VIP Works you won't pay insurance for exploding vehicles with players inside,so you might start one and go do some chaos without worrying about insurances(can't confirm that one since i don't play on consoles so try it at your own risk).

Stole this from somebody here along time ago(I forget who otherwise I'd credit)

But ever since I enjoy letting people take my Thruster for a ride.... then kicking them, they die AND pay for my jetpack! 😈

Troll (verb) to bait a reaction out of someone. Originates from the fishing term "troll" which is a method of fishing where they drag bait on a line behind the ship

I think the term you're looking for is how to "dodge" insurance fees or force others into paying insurance fees.

To dodge the fees CEO/vip work is the way to go.

The cargobob method may still be applicable, however they heavily nerfed it.

MOC cab + MC spawning Shotaros and other 20K bikes next to you.

Missile spam vehicles will shoot you without seeing the bike. Will do a tiny bit of damage to the cab, while destroying the bike in the process (and making them pay 20k).

Once they do it once, they want to at least get a kill for their money. You spawn another, call MMI if necessary - they'll blow up that one too. Then it's like - they've already spent 40k, they often just sink further and further into the trap.

Good for Deluxos and broomsticks.

I think OP is asking for ways to cause the vehicle owner to pay insurance, rather then them.  It did used to work with the Cargobob, but that was probably fixed as far back as 2014.

Incidentally, the above mention of not paying insurance when blowing up a vehicle when the driver/owner has a bounty is old and gone.  Bounty kills take too long to register now, so you've been told off for being a bad sport and charged the insurance cost before they even lose their bounty icon.  I'm not saying that's by design but it clearly f*cking is.

Edit: I'm gonna start recording all my bounty kills where I get charged for blowing up a vehicle and send them to R* "support".  I'm guessing that unless they officially don't waive the insurance for bountied players, they'll have to cough up.  This should keep them rather busy :D

No kidding is it taking a lot time, I relieved a douchebag of his bounty the other day and it took about 5 minutes for it to finally register that I did .
