Cut Location in Gameplay Trailer?

I was re-watching the old gameplay series of videos Rockstar put out for RDR and in the "Life in the West" one, I noticed a location that I'm pretty sure isn't in the game.

At around the 1:00 mark you see John walking indoors surrounded by tables with the various games (cards, liar's dice) and NPCs are playing. It doesn't seem to be any of the various saloons in the game. At first I thought it might be something like a riverboat, it reminded me of the Wreck of the Serendipity but outside the windows seems to be land/ground and buildings so I couldn't say. Not seen this mentioned before but somebody probably caught it, I mean somebody in the comment section of that video mentioned it years ago.

I know it isn't it, but it reminds me of the inside of the Saloon in Thiefs Landing.

I'm not sure but I think it's in Blackwater.

I think it's the blackwater saloon with the poker table inside

I think its a Blackwater location. Considering he was talking about Blackwater during that moment its shown kinda helps support that. I don't exactly recognize what place in Blackwater though. Maybe its an early version of the saloon before the games release Maybe a cut location in Blackwater?
