Anyway to deliver Special Cargo without getting it destroyed?

you can keep changing sessions until you find a lobby with no signs of oppressors or deluxos in player list, or until you find a empty lobby.

I doubt I would play the game again, I lost half a million at the beginning of x2 Crates but that was my own fault because I clipped a lamp post in the Cuban from banking too low and I had to turn the game off I was that nettled.

Sorry to answer your question, what platform are you on? Each one has ways to get a guaranteed Solo Public Lobby.

Just curious, as the answer is in here already to find peace/help.

 

Why is it, every-damn-time, when someone simply loses in this game, uses a Hydra that R* allows us to buy, and attack your cargo that flashes up on the map for all to see, why are they a modder for this?

 

This is the real problem with GTA:O. Bad losers with unjustified and petty excuses for losing, nothing more. A plague.

 

(Naturally, if you're on console, it can't be a modder for one, lol. But if on PC and it was a ridiculously high ranked player, 6666/8000 etc. Maybe, but even then, maybe just an account with it all and no active mods - And don't get me wrong, it sucks. And I'm very vocal n wanting change/balance/options when playing GTA:O).

It's a good question and I don't know the answer but maybe people find it easier to accept losing cargo when it was a "modder" that destroyed it

 

Others have already given some advice but don't ever sell in a lobby if you see oppressor, deluxo or hydra(jet) icons on the map. If you're in a session that's a total war zone you may want to switch session til you find a relatively peaceful one

I think loosing the Crates to the Hydra and the Modder were two separate occasions.

But when you look at it. Once he got killed and 'lost'. Once he got jacked and 'lost'.

 

Nothing fishy about that, IMHO. (Again, not saying it's not a bad day's gaming or something I'd be pleased about, game's so warped in favour of an attack, it definitely feels like we have little chance at times, much like taking on a modder, lol - And if on PC, very possible too in which I'm happy to retract my point at the OP, but not the general one - If that makes sense).

 

Just as Kenmy said above. I think it's easier to take it on the chin to believe the other cheated him somehow. So silly what comes of it all out there these days. And not just a GTA problem too. I got called a cheater for winning a race in GT sport last week, lol. Can't even touch a kerb or another player without getting time penalties, and they have their own servers where cheated accounts just aren't present. It's priceless how often folk label the winners of things the cheat. Gotten so big/popular now, that anyone that does do well, can't be proud or enjoy it anymore, aside personal pride. (Which is all I care about in general anyhow of course, lol).

 

Because after all, they cheated it all, lol. (I know it's a small comment/example here - But the ease in which many throw this out there, really has seen it become 'the norm' - The perils of rank 859, and above - We couldn't have played for these 5 years now, lol. We cheat - That's today's gaming youth's outlook more often than not, people can't lose clean, they were cheated out of it, lol).

Don't play in a public session especially a busy one. Rockstar thinks it's funny to actively encourage players to destroy days or weeks of your hardwired by alerting every single player to your location and giving you the worst delivery vehicles.

I actually tried to join a cartel crew. They required to remove all my friends from IGN, then i have never heard from them again. (shrug)

Now i lost a few decent mates and am ashamed of this.

 

So I will stick with solo lobbies.

My apologies. PC is an absolute huge risk for legitimate players that are unaware of the issues there. Modders can do anything to anyone at anytime. Apologies for assuming as much.

 

But it is a widespread issue, and if you are being attacked by a player using legitimate gaming means to attack/challenge you, as poor as it gets, that is the game. Far too many do accuse anyone as a modder/cheat just because they lost out somewhere is all.

 

I'm unfamiliar with PC and how to do it, but there are ways to ensure a solo public session.

Seeing as your on PC, all you need to do is load up your Task Manager, suspend your GTAO application, wait ten or so seconds, then your alone as you've lagged out from that session. 

 

Now go forth and sell in peace.

Just here to wish the OP the best of luck in future sales. Several sessions these past months and part of last year got me ten full large warehouses across two characters and in the first week of this double value event I finally managed to sell it all off (with a few special items as well) and I was nervous as hell. Did all my sales in an empty session to be safe but was still afraid I'd fly into a building or get downed by enemies.

 

Even without players harassing me, one time I had a bug in a Titan that kept me from delivering to half the checkpoints. Had to change session and get a modest three crates back. Another time I flew out in a Hydra to scout out the drop off locations, got killed by a Valkyrie and then spawnkilled repeatedly on the ground for quite some time before giving up and again, collecting new crates. Post in B&M thread about that. In the end I got everything sold so it all (literally) paid off.

 

Just saying, there's too many things that can go wrong. One small error or stroke of bad luck and you lose a fortune that you worked hours for to collect. Don't risk it in a populated session!

I dont mean to sound like an asshole but with how widely known the methods are if you are not putting yourself in a Solo Lobby then you want your stuff to be destroyed.

(Disclaimer - I don't destroy peoples Crates/I/E cars, Bunker or Biker stuff)

It always amazes me when I load up the game and find people selling stuff in full Lobbies, yes you get the Bonus but is it really worth the hassle and annoyance when some mouth breather destroys hours and hours of work and moans over the headset while he masturbates with your tears?

If I am moving millions worth of product that extra 1-2 hundred grand is not worth the chance.

If you play on xbox one there's a easy method to do solo session.

 

Go to your internet configuration and go to ''test NAT type'' done, easy and you do in less than 30 seconds, if you have a open NAT be cool because it still going to be open.

 

Funny though is that i already saw people complaining about this saying that selling in solo session is cheating, not surprisingly, those same people are the ones who like to destroy other's people cargo, so you cant take it serious.

If you're trying to do anything in a session with people you don't know in it you deserve everything you get.   How new are you that you don't expect this sort of thing to happen?

 

Really the game has turned into such a cancerous cash grab, you should probably just find the latest working car duplication glitch if you just need money.   The quicker everyone gets on board and just starts cheating money and starving cash-card sales the more likely we are to have a GTA6 that's designed to be a good game rather than a means to get 10 year olds to beg money from mommy to buy shark cards.
