i wish that rockstar would allow every vehicle to have the basic upgrades available at the LSC for the last gen ps3 people like me  

 

so far i am still trying to get the burrito van unlocked on the PS3, and trying to find the non-gang 2 tornado variations. 

 

that's my plan so far, can't seem to see if there are any other special vehicles available to be stored in the garage on ps3
