A few days ago, I was uploaded the "gta_sa.exe" file of my GTA San Andreas (Version 2) to VirusTotal.com for scanning. When I uploaded the file (compressed in RAR archive) to VirusTotal, it says "your file is analysing" or something. But when the analysis completed, VirusTotal comes with 5/60 antivirus result and classified the exe file as a virus! I also scanned the same file in my own PC, and also many of my friend's computers, but no threat was found by any of them! I'm playing the game from about 2-3 years but I didn't have any problem at all, the exe file is classified as safe by every computers, included my own PC, my friend's computers and also many of my relative's computers. Just VirusTotal say its malicious, detected as a virus by 5 antivirus from their site! Please help me, I don't want to uninstall my GTA SA because its my favorite game, but I also don't want to infect my PC with virus! Thanks in advance! lil weasel Posted July 6, 2018 Share Posted July 6, 2018 IF your game was installed by the DVD v2 Disc, IT IS SAFE. virustool is defective. IF you pirated your game then you might be in trouble.
