So I’m the president of a MC but I can’t seem to keep people in the club every time they log out or switch sessions am I doing something wrong? And if not is it getting fixed?

Once a person logs out or go to another session they've pretty much "quit" the club and you just have to "hire" new people to join the club.

 

MC aren't like Crews where people stay in the same crew no matter where they go in the game because Crews are connected via their social club profile while MC Clubs aren't

Yeah it's a pity there isn't a more permanent way of managing player's and SCIDs for your own club(s) and organisation.
