This might sound a bit unusual I read the topic  maverick in Cash In Kazukis Chips I did get the maverick in a strange way I'm not 100%  this would be a method what I did I used a single om0 to work outside the mission but the tricky part is you have to have two timers running as you are going through the duped mission but the next part is to have both timers counting down at 59 seconds when it reaches 4 spook Kazuki if by a mere extremely rare chance that Kuzuki takes off in the helicopter but leaves behind a copy of the AP Maverick while the cutscene glitches from the om0 just hit X and the mission should fail not twice but three times it only happened once never could recreate it again maybe it was just a glitch during the whole process it was very weird.

I think the rampage has nothing to do with this:

When you failed Avenging Angels, (I think that's what you're referring to with "two timers")

the Maverick flying pattern got deleted (you can steal the TD Maverick with AA by the way).

Why the Maverick remained might not even be too hard to answer:

There is a well-known softlock in the mission "Taking the Piss" (peace*) doesn't spawn any enemies.

Vita thought of exploiting thid for the AP Maverick after all,

there's a 1/70 chance that DOES_VEHICLE_EXIST returns 0 for an existing car, which if happening, would not delete the Maverick. 

I guess none of us got that lucky :D

It was weird when it occurred but getting the two timers to count down with the same amount of time no matter how much I tried to recreate never happened now the game either softlocks requiring to reload or causes the game to crash ,games have gotten weird lately with these glitches :panic:

Duping the cutscene to get an AP maverick? How did you managed this? Explain better because i can't understand so much from the method described above

Again this only happened once I don't even know if this is even a method if it is there's a 0.5% it'll even happened but here it is;

 

1.) Find a way to take the mission into free roam.

2.) Get any two side mission timers going this is the tricky part once you have them you have to beat the story mission in free roam.

3.) Once you get to the part when Kazuki is above the casino reach near the Maverick but DO NOT TRIGGER THE NEXT CUTSCENE!!!

4.) Now get both timers to count down with the same amount of time wait until they both reach either 5 or 4 seconds.

 

If all goes well during the cutscene as both timers run out exactly at the same time to fail the mission twice the cutscene will glitch press X to fail a third time for spoiling Kazuki this is where thing could go really well or horribly wrong you'll see a copy of the AP Maverick or you'll end up repeating all this over again there is no guarantee if this happen to one else I did once and couldn't reproduce the same result again.

Alright,new special vehicle discovered in lcs:uc uc2(black)leone sentinel. Mission:the guns of leone

You may have the tendancy to said that the leone sentinel is always black.Wrong.That`s a livery,not a color

If you look into carcols file,you can see that the leone sentinel is always supposed to spawn black(0,0).Again,wrong.Looks like in this case,this file gave us wrong informations.The true leone sentinel colors are 72,75.You can check this by damaging a leone sentinel with a melee weapon or collisions,or by starting scrapyard challenge inside a leone sentinel(in other words,UC,UC2,UC UC2 or UCC sanchez conversion)

Since this is my discovery, I have some extra information. 

My observations have concluded that most gang vehicles don't have their colors from the carcols.dat file. 

For example, the Sindacco Argento is meant to be 1,1 but actually has a red body color. For the Leone Sentinel, this is extremely useful: I noticed the grey color via the Freeway conversion and looked into the matter, finding 72,75 as its normal colors. 

Then I looked for a color command that would give any Leone Sentinel a color scheme and it was successful. The guns of Mr. Leone creates a black Leone Sentinel. 

It can be obtained in two ways:

1. Steal the Leone Sentinel and run over Salvatore 

2. Kill every enemy but one, park a car on top of him, throw a remote control grenade next to him, park the Leone Sentinel in your garage and pass the mission by blowing up the bomb.

(3. Maybe buying a car bomb for the Sentinel and one for a random car can unmark the Leone Sentinel)

1-so,the black leone sentinel can be obtained with pass on no psp platforms with the method described above?

2-as RationalPsycho said,unmarking a rigged vehicle by rigging another one does not work(and attempting to use the remote blows up both rigged cars). I really need a ps2 player to tell me if attempting to unmark a rigged vehicle with a volatile situation marker will work

To answer your first question. No. The Leone Sentinel can only be obtained on the PSP platform with pass (as of now). Well, for the mobile method, this doesn't matter as on mobile, the Leone Sentinel is black there normally. I actually realized, I had made a mistake. The colors aren't "wrong", we are simply using the mobile carcols.dat. 
I was not talking about PS2, and on mobile, rigging two cars with bombs will unmark the first rigged car.

I was not talking about PS2, and on mobile, rigging two cars with bombs will unmark the first rigged car.

So,the black leone sentinel is special only on psp and ps2,right? And,what about the second pcj-600 colors set? Since you said we're using the mobile carcols,this platform uses both sets?

And,about the rigged cars:if unmarking the first one works on mobile,mobile players had a chance to obtain player bandit?

So, I've discovered some minor stuff again: the FP/EP Hellenbach GT is now obtainable without an additional mission attempt allowing "Starter Saves" to be created with far fewer missions.

Starter saves are for noobs 382159598003421184.png?v=1 

The basic downside is that vigilante is disabled until you save and reload the game. It works like this: 
You get an on mission = 0 vigilante instance running and start "Snuff". Due to the game somehow needing to handle the vigilante instance, it starts "Snuff twice with only adding one mission attempt.

I used cheats to get Sniper ammunition. Thus my low Criminal Rating

You actually have to watch out very closely because if you kill anyone but the goon that holds the phone, the game will start a continuous "LOADING..." loop. The rest of the method is basically the same as the old one; shoot one of the Hellenbach's tires and it will fall into grey hell, spawning back on the road. Then push the locked car to your garage and renew it after having passed the mission (it also adds the $500 only once, indicating that the mission isn't passed multiple times). 
Note that as another improvement to the old method, you don't have to follow the tunnel's path at all. If you're good at shooting, you can get it from the point where you fall onto the tunnel. Lowering the brightness gets rid of the disgusting grey hell effect.
Fun facts: 
The Loading loop actually tries to start the mission again or better, skips the opening cutscene. ("The Wong side of the Tracks" showed me this (fast memory off only.))

Something similar used for the BP FP PC white stretch,nice! Since this thing is new,it needs more testing.  And an improvement to the old method,as someone says:don`t skip the cutscene where toni enters the construction site.This will make the hellenbach gt to spawn on the road instead underground

If I'm right, the hunter still exists on mobile, but the keys to activate it are broken

Yes. On mobile and ios,all leone sentinels are black. On consoles,normal ones are 72,75

Nothing is broken, one key simply doesn't exist.
