No, but I'm an ardent believer in people who get permanently banned being banned permanently. It's not really permanent if you let people come crawling back, especially with the number of second chances some posters seem to get.

Kinda depends on your weight to be honest. I'd like to think a 200 pound man can do a lot more when losing weight than a 400 pound man losing weight.

 

Find a healthy diet that you think you could stick to, your diet is probably one of the most important things when losing weight.

 

If you can, try to walk everyday and try to make the walk slightly further every day or two, after a few weeks or so you might be able to start jogging/running.

 

Exercises you can do at home are things like crunches/situps and pushups (pretty hard at first, but you'll improve).

If you live near a forest, try to do some MovNat. It's a fun sort of crossfit in the wild where you do cavemen basics like; carrying heavy logs, climb up in trees, lift your body in the thick branches, jump down from a safe height, run across the terrains etc.

 

Of course, this is the kind of stuff I do since I live near a forest. You can pretty much do MovNat anywhere.

How safe are those energy pills you see at gas stations? My mom(a former drug addict) said they as strong as meth, and advised that I don't take them. I've considered trying them, but I'm just wondering if it's going to f*ck me up or do anything negative to my body? Also, how do they compare to energy drinks?

Think of each of those pills as a cup of black coffee. Maybe a big cup. Taking a pill also tends to have a psychological effect on people. Energy drinks have a lot of other crud in them. but plain ole Coffee is pretty good

Upload: 0.46mb/s

 

Latency: 22ms

 

 

Is that okay for gaming?

^lol i mostly get 3-4 mbps down and 0.3 mbps up.

It'll do for gaming, but expect a lot of connection related bs, like shots failing to register etc. etc.

Just buy an Oyster Card.

 

Getting a job in London is much the same as anywhere else. You use agents, contacts or acquaintances.
