Finn 7 five 11

So the last month and a half I haven't been body building, instead I've been doing a lot of cardio, swimming, running and walking quite big distances, as a result I've lost a lot of muscle mass. I've been drinking the exact same amount of water juice and milk everyday, I've also week you week been eating the same food on the same day at fairly close to the same times.

Yesterday I went to the gym and slightly less cardio through the day. I did this one other time approximately two weeks ago. I did not drink any extra water or anything else.

Now interestingly both times, the night after working out I've woken up to pee, and instead of the usual yellow color (despite drinking a lot of liquid) it has been crystal clear, and again the next morning. Not only that, it's also a lot of pee.

My question is, is there some sort of catabolic process that makes your pee yellow, or is there an anabolic process that removes the yellow coloured chemicals?

Or do you think it's because cardio dehydrates me more than lifting weights and because I've done less cardio I'm more hydrated.

Yes, it's a catabolic process, the yellow colour comes mainly from urobilin. I suspect it has less to do with your exercise habits and more to do with the incredible variaility of normal bodily functions.

Yes, it's a catabolic process. The yellow colour comes mainly from urobilin and I doubt it has much to do with your workout habits.

I thought it was due to bilirubin this whole time. #themoreyouknow

Once IMDb disables message boards, will old posts still be archived, or will it all be wiped clean?

"Because IMDb's message boards continue to be utilised by a small but passionate community of IMDb users, we announced our decision to disable our message boards on February 3, 2017 but will leave them open for two additional weeks so that users will have ample time to archive any message board content they'd like to keep for personal use,” the statement reads.

Looks like they'll be gone forever (well at least from public view, I imagine imdb staff will still be able to access them). Can't say I'm surprised the comments were a cesspool, with only a rare decent and helpful comment here and there, and maybe the odd decent post about upcoming episodes/films/performances etc. But they were like trying to find a fart in a jacuzzi.

I know, I know, this question is better off be asked in the Online section. But this is the only subforum where I trust people %100000.

Anyway. If you have seen my latest rant in the Grumpy Old Forumers thread you'll know why I'm posting this. Basically I've lost access to my PSN account somehow (also called ten-a-penny), and I had to create anothee one (ADovahkiinBosmer). Idc about SP when it comes to this business (creating a new PSN ID won't affect me at all), but the most important thing is that by doing this I have lost ALL progress of my GTAO character. This means I'll have to start all over, but I don't mind this.

What I DO mind is that I have little time to get back on my feet again, without help that is. I haven't even created my character yet and I need to have all the mandatory things BEFORE March 6th. So, my question is, can anyone who owns a PS3 help a fellow GTAForumer? I don't want to use illegal/glitch-y ways to level up and/or earning money (unless you can perform the PSJ glitch, I'm fine with that). PSN? ADovahkiinBosmer. And for the love of Mara, tell me who you are if you're not using your GTAF account.

Why do a lot of married men use escort service? Like most I meet casually accept that they go for it on "business trips".

Is it common to begin having existential thoughts quite often? I began noticing how quick the time seems to pass lately. I look back to something I did a year ago or so that feels so close but at the same time the period of time that passed since then, doesn't feel that long. Same applies to the feeling things I've done a couple days before seem to be so much closer and that time passed way too quick between now and then. Doesn't that feel strange?

Even more, isn't it weird to consider what's really the purpose of us being alive (I speak as the whole human race)? If you look to our impact into the world and the nature we just cause harm to everything around us - even if our species is so complex we do amazing thins and discover so much, all of that doesn't benefit anything besides ourselves, we're not that different from insects and other animals that just try to stay alive and reproduce to keep the species alive and die after a life without any impact - in fact a lot of species like plants or bees are necessary and take a crucial role in nature and how things work, but for humans that impact isn't different from ants that create their own "societies" yet have little to no benefit over any other species (that doesn't feed on them, that is).

Am I going crazy lol?

No. And the human race has no purpose. Doesn't need one.

This is such a crazy long shot, but if anyone sees this bag (or one incredibly similar) can they give me a heads up?

I've been dying to get this for ages but it's out of stock everywhere I look.

I've found it on Mao's Chinese Poundland aka TaoBao, apparently in stock (although El Goog's translate maybe f*cking with the translation), Linky McLinkyface here -> https://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?depth=1&hl=en&prev=search&rurl=translate.google.co.uk&sl=zh-CN&sp=nmt4&u=https://world.taobao.com/item/543409396869.htm%3FfromSite%3Dmain&usg=ALkJrhjT8VMURlPjdiqxYhXOv1lzCwQ8CAhttps://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?depth=1&hl=en&prev=search&rurl=translate.google.co.uk&sl=zh-CN&sp=nmt4&u=https://world.taobao.com/item/543409396869.htm%3FfromSite%3Dmain&usg=ALkJrhjT8VMURlPjdiqxYhXOv1lzCwQ8CA

Comes in at 218 Yuan, which is about 25 British Peso's. Not sure about the shipping, or even the quality of the website, as no offense to any Chinese folk watching, your reputation for high quality shmutter is quite low internationally. But if anyone here does spracken zee Chinese, then they may be able assist further.

Click Add to Bag... and it's out of stock. They must be a third party seller who purchase from the original seller, in this case ASOS

Ahh, that's a shame. There were lots available in the run up to Christmas, those remaining must indeed be dropshippers.

A while back, Adult Swim used some cool intermission bumps - the screen would be covered in blocky video artifacts and slowly distort more, just enough to make out a serene picture, and then something completely different would form from the blocks and the whole scene would change. Really acid trip-ish.

Does anyone know what this effect is called, or even what I'm talking about? I can't find them or anything really similar online. The one I recall was a pan shot of some forest, and a person walking formed from the artifacts.

Aight so big question here:

Should I move out just for the sake of moving out?

I live in a suburb and would be moving only 5 kilometers/3.1 miles, but to a nice(forgive me for forgetting the correct terminology) apartment that's like, essentially a basement but with a lawn, patio, windows & view all for my enjoyment, which is in the city. Thanks to the very strange layout of the city in which I would reside, this would be on the other side of town(compared to the suburb where I live now), which would mean I would avoid the rush hour traffic COMPLETELY. Additionally, I think it'd be cool to have a place to live on my own.

Due to very lucky circumstances for me, I could potentially get the rent down to just paying the elctric bill + a tiny extra charge, in exchange for all maintainance responsibilities for both residences.

On the downside, money is money, and it's not like I have tons of it.

If I get into uni this year(please pray for me), I'll just get a student loan to cover the cost of rent, and keep the two jobs I have which do not interfere with school and provide me with some spending money. If I don't get in, I'll just take that job offer I got and know that I have a steady income.
BUT if I DON'T move out, that's money saved, right?

ack i'm so bad at making decisions

here's a horribly made paint drwaing of how the layout is IIRc

you had me at mistery room.

It's also nice to have a place of your own to call home and avoiding the rush hour sounds nice, if you can pay the house i'd say go for it.

So you basically want to live in a bunker? Smart choice, young man, especially given the current sociopolitical climate, although personally I'd just kill myself to save big $.

No, this is a very accurate description. The Portuguese (since I noticed your flag) existentialist writer Vergílio Ferreira said this on the issue: "Real time doesn't pass quickly. What passes quickly is the time that has passed".

@Marwin: Depends of what you're looking for. Are the people you live with atm (I dunno your personnal life ofc) too restrictive to you to the point you'd prefer to become independent rather than wait a few more years to finish university (which I'm sure you'll enter)? Otherwise, considering the situation you described, it'll be a waste of money and a pain in the ass to do everything at the same time.

See: the house doesn't seem to be all that great besides the fact of avoiding rush hour. Entering university you'd spend a big portion of your day both in there and doing work and studying. Then, the free time you'd have, where you'd be quite tired from all your uni work already, will be spent in two jobs. Finally, when you're free I assume you still have to cook, clean your clothes and all the household stuff it brings. And then wish nothing breaks neither on your house or in the top one to fix it, and expecting regular time-consuming maintenance on it (I don't think the owner would go easy on you regarding that subject considering that's the exchange for not paying a full-price rent).

I think you'd become independent for sure, but hardly see you taking any advantage besides experience from the spanking adulthood would give to you in those terms. My opinion: unless you have a really big reason to move out, I'd stay at home (that's what I'm doing and I'm already on the 2nd year of college). Keep maybe just one of the works, focus on your studies and save all the money you make so when you finish your course you can move out to an actual decent home instead.

Thanks a lot for your opinion and the litterature advice. I have to say reading is not my favourite hobbie or at least the one I invest the msot time on, but lately I rarelly read Portuguese authors. That quote made me really curious though, so I'll make sure to go deeper asap.

@Marwin: Move out if you can afford it. It's a very liberating experience, and no rush hour traffic sounds awesome. Sounds like you got it figured out.

Sound advice, although I already clean my clothes, buy and cook my own food, etc etc. I'm financially independent/self-reliant aside from housing.
