Is there's any way to change a spell's reach (how far a spell can travel) in Skyrim by using TES5Edit?

 

A spell mod called Apocalypse adds tons of new spells. I'm particularly attached to one Destruction spell - Fireteeh. I like everything about it BUT the distance it travels. Its ridiculously short that I may as well use a sword or an axe (all my characters are a magic-'n'-sword mix). Since I've changed some spells here and there, I figured I should do the same with this spell by increasing its travel distance. But I can't seem to find the variable that allows you to do such a thing. Where is it, exactly?

I've never had a laptop break by itself, I've always accidentally broke them so I don't know if this means that my laptop will die soon?

 

It's a little chromebook, I've had it for around 2 years I think.

Should I start looking into getting a new one?

I'm not really into Chromebook, but it can be a driver issue - try to update your graphics drivers and give it a try to see if the problem still happens. My laptop had the same issue being months old, it was very unlikely something was broken, after a few new driver builds the problem never happened anymore.

Also, I dunno why, but as soon as I tossed the d3d9.dll file in my Skyrim folder the Settings switched from Nvidia GeForce 880M (which can run Skyrim on Default High with ZERO lag) to Intel Graphics Family (which can't even run Default Medium without lag). Last thing I want is installing an ENB only to rekt my laptop.

Yes, you can start a gang on GTAForums and if you're lucky enough your gang can get certified, giving it access to a private forum for other certified members and a pip. But your gang can't become a OGA gang.

I had plenty of time to think about why I was frowned upon around here, and I came to the conclusion that I was a bit of philistine. I'm not going to start another cult. That was just a huge joke that only I understood. I got big plans for my cumback, and having my own gang and PIP is one of them. I know my boundaries now. Third time is always the charm. Another goal of mine is to receive the Funniest Member award. I think my member is funny, so I hope everyone else does, too!

What are multiple consignments? I've ordered tablets and paid for next day delivery before 6pm. Does this mean I'm not getting them? If so, shouldn't I have been refunded?
