It's not your own IP address per sé, it's the router's address on your local network (I think?) which should be 192.168.1.1.

1. Try "admin".

2. Check on the router, it's possibly printed on there.

3. Ask whoever set up the network.

Is it weird to go to a music festival or concert on your own? Like is it on the same level as going to the movies on your own?

No. I've never gone to the movies alone, but I've gone to 100s of concerts on my own.

The thing is concerts are social events. A lot of fun to walk around and be a freak on your own, meet new people, stuff like that. Movies you are required to silent and still - no matter who out are with or even if you are withe noone.

The bonus of going to concerts on your own is the part where you aren't tired to a crowd of friends. No having to coordinate meeting times, go here times, go there times...stuff like that.

Am I the only one that keeps reading "Annual Awards" as "Anal Awards"?

Maybe we should add a category for you?
What would the category be called?

I would not consider that weird at all. I haven't ever been to many concerts [but when I did, I went alone] or any music festivals at all, but I've been to most movies alone and that is how I prefer it. Then again, I'm the type that will eat at a restaurant alone and be perfectly content. Not everything requires the company of others; some of us prefer to be alone and to be able to enjoy the event in question without added distractions. Then again, I'm mostly an introvert at heart; my more extroverted friends definitely think I'm out there with some of my preferences.

Can you create bullets from right to left (so that the text would appear on the left of the bullets) in Microsoft Word?

And is there a better program than Microsoft Word? Since I seem to be having a hard time with it, but I never used programs like that before tbh.

Try Google Docs. I don't know if I'd say that the editor is better, but it's a nicer experience overall for me, primarily because of how all of the on-line features are integrated. So far, I haven't encountered anything Word does that Google Docs doesn't in some way, and it might have features you are looking for.

As far as being able to create documents that are exactly the way you want them to look, your best bet is LaTex. It's a typesetting language and you'd usually use it to produce PDF documents. In LaTex, you can easily specify any sort of formatting for bullet points that you like. Of course, the learning curve is quite steep. On the most basic level, it's a bit like HTML, but it's also a Turing-complete language, so people do some crazy things with it. On the bright side, you rarely have to dive into the depths of LaTex, because there are fantastic libraries and templates out there that you can just grab for whatever you're working on.

There are a number of different software packages that work with LaTex, but for Windows, I would recommend giving MikTex a try.

Learning LaTex just for that one thing you are doing is almost certainly not worth it, but if you foresee future typesetting needs, it's worth an investment of your time.

Open Office is also good. It's what I have Installed on my Desktop.

This is what I use (and have used for the last several years) as well; it does everything that I need it to do. :)

Does anybody have any tips on how to get a better nights sleep. At the end of the day I'm tired, thats not the issue, but I find it difficult to drift off at the best of times.

Now that my my laptop's Default Graphics Card is corrected to Nvidia (instead of Intel) and it became stronger - at least strong enough to run Skyrim on High by default, can anyone suggest any decent mid/low-end ENB for Skyrim, or anything that could simulate such thing?

Has the layout changed on here?

There's no side bar with all the sub forums on it anymore?

Depends on your circumstances, really. While there's tips on how to drift off and sleep for longer, there's other factors too such as diet and even the mattress you're sleeping on. There's three things I always suggest to people if they're struggling:

1. No caffeine or food two hours before you intent to fall asleep. Stick to water or decaffinated drinks. No, Dr. Pepper doesn't count.

2. No electronics. Not only does this mean you won't drop your phone on your face in bed, but the light from your devices won't disrupt your melatonin levels.

3. Try to sleep in increments of 90 minutes. Sleep runs in cycles, and your body does most of its repairs and relaxing during the middle cycle (deep R.E.M.). If you set your alarm to go off in the middle of it, you'll feel like sh*t for a good couple of hours.

What browser are you on? You should take a picture of the page. The expand arrow must be there on the page. Also, check if Javascript is turned off for you Edited by Arrow

I've just turned my laptop on and off and it's back to normal.

I know about the arrows, I've done it by accident before, it's just this time that they weren't there. Thank you though everybody.

Thanks Craig, that's good and practical advice, the point about the electronics before sleep is especially relevant to me.

I think it's relevant to everybody at some point, whether it's browsing your phone before going to sleep or watching TV in bed, they're things we do and they're not so detrimental that we put two and two together. If you're struggling with the change, take a book to bed with you and a glass of water. Not only will this give your eyes a bit of a break, but you'll read a lot more too. Just make sure you don't get too invested, else you'll be blaming your sleepless nights on Kurt Vonnegut instead of Kurt Russell.

Was that dated? I couldn't think of a better example.

Couldn't help myself...I always like to gloat about Vonnegut being a personal friend of my mother.

And to stay on topic kinda; I recently read (one of those differences in generations) an article that cited electronic devices and the social connection of millennials being a serious cause of sleep issues.

So yeah...put the phone or whatever away...disconnect and rest up.
