What would be some warning signs of Multiple Schlerosis? I know I for sure have the vision problem where it's like I'm seeing through mesh and eye pain. I don't want to sound like one of those self diagnosing drama queens but it's concerning. My muscles are always twitching, the foot pain, sore spots, poor balance, lack of energy at random points. Still not sure why I had a flare up back in May when I got cubital tunnel syndrome and toe pains and that just so happened to be the month I developed eye problems.

It could be as simple as a lack of iron in your diet, coupled with dehydration and lack of exercise. It could be something more serious. Go to a medical professional with your concerns but don't tell them what you think it could be. Just tell them how you've been feeling, what your symptoms are and go from there.

Just a cool little anecdote, I went to a doctor because I had (and still do) bad rotator cuff pain, he then later told me I have a shrunk interverterbral space in my neck, not even a precise diagnosis, then he prescribed me with like 5 pain killers and 3 muscle relaxants in one day, I passed out after 2 relaxants the day after LOL. Meanwhile my rotator cuff still hurts and I have no idea what the exact problem with my neck is, I'm pretty sure I'd have been far better off with a self diagnosis.

That's a poor diagnosis though, there's nothing to say what they did was the right thing to do. If it had been me (and this is something I've done before) I'd have gone back, explained the reaction to the drugs given to me, and asked for more help as the problem hasn't been resolved. I work in health care, and I'm not fond of fobbing anybody off with medication unless they know what they do and that they know to tell a professional if it isn't working for them. I know a lot of doctors get a bad rep for stuff like that but really you're the one in control. They're there to help you as an individual, not ply you with pills until you've forgotten why you left the house in the first place. There's some medication I can't take due to allergies and I only found out after taking a dose. My medical records were then updated and I returned to find another solution. You're the boss.

Have you seen a doctor for any of these problems yet? I would start with my family doctor. Tell them everything that's happening with you. I imagine they'll start off with some blood work, a general physical and maybe a referral to a neurologist.

Any of you guys use Kodi/XBMC and have any addons you can recommend? I've set it up before on sh*tty android boxes but I'm working on a little media PC that I'm gonna put Kodi on connect to my TV and managing Kodi from a PC is alot easier so if anyone can recommend any addons etc that'd be appreciated.

I knew I could trust a brit to drop me an answer on Kodi and android boxes hahahaha seems everyone here is ditching Sky and going with Android based boxes and then wondering why eBay's finest £20 HD TV STREAMING BOX breaks after a week. I had bad experiences with Kodi on aforementioned boxes even ones with ARM Quad Core's but sticking it onto a PC with some older PC hardware (Athlon X4/9600GT) and it's streaming 1080 HD stuff fine. I stuck Exodus on it and I'm fairing well with that but I just got the whole thing setup today so I'll look into that tomorrow, cheers.

Have you set up an appointment with a doctor? Some of these by themselves don't seem too bad, together they could mean something serious.

All I got was my blood tested back in June which confirmed I didn't have anything going on. Even though I don't see right I've been checked and tested by eye doctors about 15 times (not exaggerating) to no use they can't find sh*t. MRI too. Tbh it feels like I'm already starting to fall apart especially with the eye stuff. It's like where will I be in five years is what everyone asks while I'm wondering where will I be in two months.

In total it's been 4 different opthamologists and 3 different retinal specialists. My parents are military so we're on Tri-Care. It's kind of free so we took sdvantage of getting multiple opinions. None could find anything. My regular specialist order multiple tests in August and they all came back normal.

 

Something ain't right though. Like right now I'm in a dim room. I can look at the wall and when I half close my eyes there's a relatively big oval shaped dark spot in the center of both eyes. And in brightness that area lights up with green dots if it's too bright and annoyingly I'm kind of light sensitive all of the time now so even looking at the sky makes it light up. But in total darkness it's a blank spot. Like emptiness. You can't see your hand directly in front of you, just a weird meshy texture that shimmers.
