Melatonin supplements warn against taking with alcohol. How is this dangerous if melatonin is naturally released by the body anyway?

 

If I drink, whether I take the supplement or not, melatonin will inherently coexist with the alcohol in my system when I get tired. Is the warning label bullsh*tting me?

While alcohol is as much as a sedative as melatonin supplements are, your sleep will be disrupted. It's advised you don't drink alcohol whilst on them. Your natural melatonin levels are actually affected when consuming booze. It's not uncommon to feel a little stimulated when you take both, which sounds a bit counterproductive but the two do counter each other out. You may be treated to some vivid and intense dreams/nightmares as a result. Everybody is different of course, but yeah, don't drink and take melatonin, folks.

I've been trying to find this on Google but unsuccessful, all we are is a tiny tiny ball of rock floating in the vastness of space... Its amazing. Whenever I'm worrying about something I think about it or go Star gazing and it just takes the worry away, makes me feel insignificant, kinda.

 

Now when im thinking about space and our place in space and the universe and how tiny we all are sometimes I think that people faff around with money and politics etc.. to much and just take life a little to seriously? Its like when you're at home and there are kids playing in the room having a tea party or something you kind of join in to keep them happy but don't take seriously at the same time, that's kinda like my view on life sometimes as in money and politics, its all just to much faffing around. See where I'm coming from?

Thanks to my stupid laptop I'm stuck with using a phone. Why? Because the Fn (Multimedia to be exact) key that controls the wireless connection thing is broken. Now I can't use whatever function F12 is for AND I can't turn my laptop's WiFi on.

 

 

My question is, is there's any possible way to use the Fn Multimedia Keys on OSK (On Screen Keyboard) WITHOUT reverting the laptop's Fn keys to Multimedia Keys? Apologize if I didn't made any sense.

I don't know if Fn key is implemented in software or hardware for modern laptops. If it's in software, any program that can send custom key strokes and can take arbitrary key codes should be able to send an Fn key code along with whatever F key code you need. Virtual keyboard specifically might not be the thing for it, but you might be able to find a more generic keyboard emulation program out there that does this.

Googling any sort of a way to use Multimedia/Secondary Function keys only resulted in Mac problems/solutions. I should probably revert the FKeys back to the way how they used to (press F1-12 for Multimedia, hold Fn + F1-12 for regular commands) and try the OSK. So far this is the only option that I haven't tried.

 

 

That also means that I need to sacrifice the F1-8 keys which means I won't be able to use the Favorite Groups that comes with SkyUI in Skyrim.

Ok, random question..

I edited an MP4 file in VLC media player last night (didn't even know you could do that)

I tried editing it in movie maker and movie maker live but for some bullsh*t, retarded reason, those programs don't accept MP4 files. It has to be WMV.

So basically, i got this video looking good, went to convert/save it, but now every time i play the file in a different media player, or put it onto a different device, or even upload it onto YouTube, all the effects i added in VLC player disappear.

Last night i resorted to downloading Microsoft Expression Encoder so i could screen capture the video with the effects on and have a WMV file at the end to edit in movie maker, but the video quality it produces has bad frame rate and resolution. I've tried 30 frames and 60 frames, different bit rates, etc..
Any help?

I probably gonna beat him to the ground if i ever see him at work again, but that's not gonna return my laptop and it just gonna get me in trouble at my workplace. I don't know what to do to be honest, never called the cops or whatever you supposed to do in these cases.

At the very least it will be reported. Pawn Shops will be on the lookout and whatnot. If they do find it, should be returned pretty quickly. Just make sure you let them know of any identifiable marks on the laptop.

Seriously, it does sound weird but... like... it's their job, dude. You are giving them more than most have to go on, if they can't get him with his phone number and facebook profile alone... well... then they suck at being cops. So, like... they would be normal cops.

Haven't we already covered this? Pick up the phone and call the cops. At the very least, there will be a record of the theft on file in case the property shows up somewhere and a point of reference in case this guy has stolen sh*t before or does in the future. Sitting on your ass posting about it on a forum isn't doing you any good and at this point, it's just spam. Maybe you just like having your stuff stolen.
