It could be that the different functions use different microphones and one of the mics is broken. Try making ordinary calls and using various voice-activated apps to see what works and what doesn't.

So I took Epoxi's advice and concluded that it's either an iOS bug or Siri has its own mircrophone as I'm able to record my voice and use face chat.

Hello guys! I am 20 years old and I was wondering if it's possible to increase your height by doing stretching exercises. I've not grown a single bit for more than a couple years, but I did read that if you do stretching and hanging exercises it is possible to add a few inches. Does anybody know something of this? Has anybody tried?

Coming from a limited user, it still seems like a useless restriction since the spammers will still find some ways to spam. I mean, you can't even up-vote certain ''updates'' nor can you write reviews, plus, you can't even add friends, are you f*cking serious?

 

Yes, $5 isn't a lot. But when you have a free service that is, well pushed as a free service.... then you expect it to be free. It's not supposed to be a free ''taste'' as to what you will get when you fork down some cash (in this case being $5).

Not sure what to do in the summer break between my college courses, I've got about 9 weeks off...should I, Get a part time job, get some £££ and more work experience and not go on holiday, Or should I relax, make some model boats, do some volunteering, get more work experience from volunteering and go on holiday without making more £££ and more work experience in a paid job.

 

PS: I'm 18 and have been volunteering since the age of 15, and haven't had paid work yet, Not really needed the money.... but starting to think that I may need some experience in paid work instead of voluntary. What should I do?

It's great that you've done some volunteering, that will help your CV.

 

Why not go for an internship? If you don't know what career you want to pursue then an internship might be a good idea. In any case it will be good for your CV and broaden your horizons.
