I have that happen to me every now and then, not a pleasant experience. In my case, it always seems to be caused by lying down sideways and having one leg resting on top of the other, along with however many sheets and blankets tightly pulled over both legs. What results is waking up to an excruciating pain in that one bottom leg.

I've dealt with it dozens of times before, so my best advice is to keep both legs separate from one another before falling asleep. If all else fails and you experience it again, just pull any blankets or sheets off both legs and try to keep that leg still while the pain dies down to a more bearable level instead of flailing around frantically.

Yeah sounds exactly like cramp. Hurts like a bitch, glad I don't get it often. I remember the first time I got it I thought I was dying because I didn't know what was happening lol, only remembered it happened because I woke up the next day and found it was hard to walk.

 

Apparently the best thing you can do is sit up and straighten out your leg, bending your foot towards your body kinda thing, in order to stretch the calf. Or stand up if you can. Minimises the pain a little until its over.

Does anyone else ever feel in every day life that pretty much everyone around you (specifically strangers) is looking at you with huge disapproval for some reason?

 

I started having that feeling some time ago. It happens handful of times during almost each day. It doesn't matter if I'm driving in a car, people standing on the sidewalk, walking along side etc. have this strange look when looking at me when I go by them. Same thing happens when I walk towards people on the street or even stand somewhere with other people passing by me. Is that just an illusion of mine maybe? Are most people that full of anger all the time that it shows in such a high amount? It's really starting to depress me to see all these strangers looking at me with huge disapproval.

Nope, I always shut it down normally by using the menu and choosing the power off option. I just did a quick Google search and I think it's something to do with an application that hasn't shut down properly, so it just takes that little bit longer. I'm not 100% sure though...

Does anyone have a problem with finding music to like, like I do? It's one of those things that kind of bugs me, but I've never thought of asking anyone before.

 

My problem is that there are only a few artists I listen to. Less than thirty, seriously. I've been searching and for years for new music, but nothing ever satisfies me. I listen to the same bands over and over, not that I get bored of it, but it's frustrating when I can't find something new that's my thing.

 

Sometimes I'll hear one or two songs by a band that I like, but when I listen to other stuff they've done I don't like it, no matter how hard I try.

 

I feel really weird. I like music, but it's embarrassing talking about it because everyone talks about popular bands that I don't like.

When I want to find something new I go to datpiff and check out popular recent mixtapes, at least a few of them tend to be by artists I haven't heard of and sometimes I'll stumble upon something really good. I assume you don't like rap but there's probably a similar type of website for whatever genre you're into.

Assuming you live in a Western developed nation? Society has really become materialistic and egotistic. The role of social media makes a huge play in this. As proven through psychology, some people may get jealous when they see other people happy or living a very materialistic lifestyle.

1. It's okay to dislike popular music. I actively encourage it because the pop industry is evil and kills ambition, originality, and musicality in young musicians, and monetizes music to such an extent that the music itself no longer matters. F*ck pop music so f*cking much. Don't be embarrassed about it.
2. I have the same issue, I don't care for a lot of music out there. What I've done includes

    

• Find out what session musicians were used and then listen to other stuff on which said musician played or their solo work
• Find out any collaborators and listen to them
• Spotify has a neat feature called "Discover weekly" which is a playlist updated weekly featuring music based on what you usually listen to:

(wow what a sexy man) This feature has been great for me. Through it I've discovered:

• Nils Landgren Funk Unit
• Down To The Bone
• Herbie Hancock
• Dave Grusin
• CHIC

To name a few. Maybe worth giving a shot?

I've never tried crest 3D white strips before, I have several questions

No, I don't have any tips there. I don't know much about it but I think the only thing that will work more properly is having it profesionally done at the dentist which is expensive.

Your teeth will hit a certain whiteness and then it will plateau. It will make your teeth whiter than most normal people. Definitley get the this toothpaste and the this tooth brush as well because it's specifically designed to remove stains. I haven't tried out the mouth wash though so I can't talk about that.
