Are you on drugs?

Anywhere between 23-65Mbps would be completely overkill for just about every website on the internet.

Except that in the past days I couldn't even open G-Mail even though my connection speed was 26-ish?

Just because I have a fairly high-medium connectivity speed it doesn't mean it'll %100 be active. Sometimes the issue isn't in my end you know.

Yes, but you were indicating that he should feel lucky that he can open websites with that speed.

Why bother making the statement, if you are complaining about things separate from connection speed?

Fallout 3 or New Vegas? I liked them both. Currently on a return trip through new vegas. Never played any of the add-ons, till now.

4 will be the beez knees.

Wtf is Isopropylbenzylamine? Its being sold as fake meth an is killing off all the tweakers. Which is good but sad cause I knew some of these lost souls before the pipe took them.

Big fire then poisoning the tweekers followed by random downpours/flash flood/mudslides? Conspiracy...

What's with the recent/current server issues within the Urban Dictionary? Is this usual?

I'm not experiencing any issues. It's probably just your internet.

Ok, so I take a super easy math class because I didn't need to take any more of the "main" math classes (Algebra 2, Pre Calc, etc.) but still wanted to stay refreshed on math for classes I'll need to take in college. Next to me, there's this girl with some pretty severe mental disorder (I don't know if it's down syndrome or autism, but it's very noticeable). In my attempts to be a good samaritan, I've always been nice and talked with her, you know, all that jazz. Anyways, today she was getting really uncomfortably close, and then asked if I wanted to be her boyfriend, while writing it all over my paper. I tried some "non-offensive" copouts like "I don't know" and "I'm asexual" (yeah that one was pretty stupid), but none of it got the point across. She asked me to think about it and tell her my decision tomorrow, but she seemed pretty upset about the whole situation, asking "why don't you like me?".

What would be a good, nice way of saying I'm not interested? I really don't want to hurt her feelings, but at the same time, I'm not looking to fake my attraction towards someone and live every waking moment in that class (and possibly outside) in awkwardness. I just don't know what to say tomorrow, any advice?

Just say a simple NO!

It might seem harsh, though on a long run you'll realize it was the best thing to say.

Just tell her the truth.

I know it sucks, but what else are you going to say? The truth hurts sometimes, and I understand you're probably even more concerned considering her disorder, whatever it may be. But you'd be doing her far more damage by giving some fake a** lie like being "asexual." Sorry, but that was a sh*tty thing to say.

That said, maybe first start by apologizing for your reaction. And then drop the bomb, and hope for the best. But regardless, it's not your problem once you've said your piece. It's up to her to make peace with it.

I know, it sucks. But such is life, and both you and her are going to learn it the hard way one or the other. Might as well be now.

EDIT:

Cloudee, your profile says you're a girl. But your post suggests you're a boy. Confused much?

Yeah, in hindsight the asexual thing was bad. It was an attempt to make it seem like we just couldn't date because of me personally to dampen the blow instead of just "I don't want to date you", in the same vein as saying "I'm homosexual" is, but just like that, it's a bullsh*t lie, and a pretty see-through one at that.

Tomorrow I'll just tell her "Sorry, I'm not interested" or something along those lines. But she has a habit of yelling "oh my god" really loud whenever someone says something dirty or offensive, so hopefully nothing like that happens, I'd hate for there to be a scene.

If she does make a fuss, it shouldn't be a reflection on you. The only thing you have to apologize for are those bogus excuses. After all, you had good intentions in the beginning. She simply misread those intentions.

I wish you the best, sir, ma'am, or whatever the hell you are. :sly:

How do you stop a girl from being moody when it's her time of the month?

You deal with it, don't antagonize, and occasionally wonder what your attitude might be like if your body raged hormones, while you suffered adominal cramps and the feelings of being sick for seven days out of 30 like clockwork.

Wise man.

Also, some women feel more aroused during their period. So you can try your charm and see if it takes off...or explodes in your face.

If it does explode in your face, then I suggest you refrain from said behavior, unless you don't prize your manhood.

How many games do you think rockstar will make on the RAGE engine before making a new one ?

Until R* becomes no more. They will keep evolving the engine and maybe just add a digit next to each time it evolves. E.g. "Rage 2.0"

I only have 1 GCSE in workplace skills and 1 IGCSE in English and working towords my Maths IGCSE. Last year I did my BTEC Level 2 IT course which is the equivalent to 3 GCSEs at B grade. And I am currently doing my BTEC Level 3 IT course which is the equivalent to to 2-3 A levels at C to B grade. Is all of this enough to get a good job ? Mostly concerned about my lack of GCSEs.

Thanks!

Does anyone else ever feel in every day life that pretty much everyone around you (specifically strangers) is looking at you with huge disapproval for some reason?

I started having that feeling some time ago. It happens handful of times during almost each day. It doesn't matter if I'm driving in a car, people standing on the sidewalk, walking along side etc. have this strange look when looking at me when I go by them. Same thing happens when I walk towards people on the street or even stand somewhere with other people passing by me. Is that just an illusion of mine maybe? Are most people that full of anger all the time that it shows in such a high amount? It's really starting to depress me to see all these strangers looking at me with huge disapproval.

.... I meant being able to open anything. I didn't mean it that way, I said he should be lucky that he can open a website in the first place.

Need some advice, You see I have a friend who can be annoying at times at college, he has just been diagnosed with aspergers (a very mild form of autism) I never really noticed it. Anyway just out of curiosity I did a quick Google search of the symptoms, now one of the symptoms is the inability to recognise when someone is uninterested in a subject that they are discussing with a fellow peer. Now he does this quite frequently, for example, I'm sitting at my desk at college and he starts talking about Doctor who, this is how it usually goes....

Friend

"Hey, did you see the new doctor who episode at the weekend ?"

me (politely says)

"No, I'm not to interested in Doctor who to be honest, I have watched it a few times but it's not my type of show, you wanna do something at the weekend ?. "

friend (sarcastically and with a loud tone of voice)

"oh I see you never take an interest in anything I say, baa bla bla bla bla bla.... " (10 minutes later )

**Friend then does some sh*tty sarcastic comment**

Who is at fault here ? Me or him ?

ps: I have NEVER had this problem with anybody else....

I used to have contact with this guy with Asperger's from when the Need For Speed forums were active.

He would often go into very long rants about how FPS games today are ruining gaming, how console gaming has ruined gaming, how casual gamers are the enemy of every gamer and what not from a discussion of the newest NFS title, which was at the time Rivals.

Aspies have very very very strong interests as he told me himself, and they can't help but express them and especially enjoy talking about their interests.

It's neither party's fault really, because you didn't do anything, and he can't help it.

Yeah, he does go on and on and doesn't know when to stop. But the main problem is his continuous sarcasm and also being mean, not mean in a laughing, joking kind of way but in a serious way. whenever I try to tell him that his sarcasm is annoying he says in a load sarcastic voice "oh well at least I take an interest in what you say ect ect......" it may not seam much but it's wearing me down day by day.... for the last two years.... I feel like I'm in this continues circle. What should I do ? :/

When I was a teenager I used to have that feeling where I worked the summers at the state fair it's most likely a illusion or your perception on people The people in your intermediate life feeling disapproval at you which your thoughts probably bleed onto random people because you assume they know something about you

Is it still possible to get into Trevor's meth lab in CG?

It should be... If you want to check just go down to the meth lab and see if that window on the side is still open, if it is then you still can get in there :)

The Dedito Gae

Last night i was in bed and felt like one of my calf muscles tried to crawl out of my body, it hurt like hell but the "pain" went away when i stretched my leg straight, i still feel my right calf muscle like..."overworked" while i post this.

Was this a cramp or something else?

To give some background, i'm not precisely in good shape but neither a fatass, i'm always standing at work and walk a lot, so it's maybe not muscle dystrophy or some sh*t like that.
