Like if I just upgrade from windrows 7 to windows 10 will that fix the problem?

A fresh install is a safer bet, but yeah, an upgrade might do it, simply because it's going to replace/update a whole bunch of system file, potentially, including the problematic ones.

You might want to actually read the page I linked. Specifically the US and Mexico bits in the "modern usage" section. Might help answer your question, as well as help you figure out where he (or she) was coming from when that was said.

I know this question may seem out of place, but can anyone show me any good mod for the Dark Brotherhood armor for both genders? Searching around Nexus only gave me "Dark Brotherhood Armor, Stripper Style" kind of 'things' and the last thing I want is switching my character's gender to a female only to find him/her dressing like a f*cking whore.

Skyrim is all I play. GTA:Online is beyond boring, at least on Last Gen. Played Doom games to death (excluding The Ultimade Doom - dat sh*t's boooooorrrrriiiing compared to the rest). Aside from Doom, GTA and Skyrim I don't play any other game.

A lot of the time what you're reading will be, say, a newspaper or the like taking a quote out of context or oversimplifying what a report/paper says. They do that a lot, or basically every single time they report on scientific research, so you get this kind of thing happening a lot.

 

Scientists will also do research that updates previous knowledge which could get these changes, but I'm fairly sure that doesn't have as much of an effect.

Last thing I want is buying a PS3 game only to not enjoy it. PS3 games are helluva expensive. AC4: Black Flag is the cheapest game I have ever bough, excluding Skyrim and GTA:IV (both copies are used).

 

And EVERY PS2 game I ever see is modded to death I'm looking at you, GTA games. Yes you. And even if these games aren't modded, they are either war/FPS games or race games, neither of which interest me (I find cars utterly boring and I already had my nice share of war games on the PS1).

They're not if you purchase them online, there's discounts all the time, even for non PS+ members. Deus Ex Human Revolution and inFamous 2 are reaaaaaaaaaaaaalllly must play quality if you ask me.
