This is Animal Cruelty which is a crime and she can be arrested for it, If you truly want her stopped then record a video/picture of her doing it and send it to the Police if you're worried about her finding out it's you report it anonymously by either calling or sending the picture/video to the police.

 

Otherwise she'll keep doing it until the Dog is dead.

 

Either that or give the dog away to a family who will care about him/her

Tie your mum's hands or immobilise them in some way. Teach your dog to get out of the choking manoeuvre. Internet shame her. Get rid of the dog. Get rid of your mum. Build your dog's neck muscles up so choking doesn't affect it.

What do you mean they're being used for something else? Those were specifically answers on how to deal with a dog choking mother. You can't just apply that advice to something else like "how to change sparkplugs" or "Why won't my tomato plants grow?". IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY.

Can someone recommend a site that's like reddit, but isn't reddit. It's turning into f*cking tumblr 2.0 they just banned all my fav subreddits like fatpeople hate. The 2 top posts on the front page of reddit were calling the admins out and then they suddenly disappeared. f*cking BS. They're c*nts and the place is full of other phaggotry like that and I generally find myself pounding my head on the table too often when I read comments.
