Just dumped my girlfriend of over a year, it wasn't a sudden break, but not cleverly planned, I decided that enough is enough and I went over and told her it was over, I called her mum as well who respected me a lot and I respect her and had her pick her up to stay with her mum and explained why, I'm a little concerned she's suicidal which is why I called her mother.

I've blocked her from everything, but I can't sleep, so many thoughts in my head and a sick feeling in my stomach, any recommendations? I've got work in 6 hours so would like some rest, what can I do to calm me down? Videogames are out cos I can't focus and will probably lose my temper

 

I got Netflix so if there's any good stuff to watch post breakup that would rock, it's 2am nearly, I start work at 8am.

Since last night, I've had a really sore throat. By 'really', I mean an unbearable sharp pain when swallowing food and fluids.

 

I've been treating my throat by drinking a lot of tea with honey. It have worked and I'm in less pain now. The only thing that really worries me, is that I've developed a runny nose for the past 8 hours. The snot itself is very liquid. I've also gotten a little dizzy and my head feels a little heavy.

 

 

By the few symptoms I've mentioned above, can anyone verify that they're relevant to any cold or fever and that I might get some any soon?
