He means the star rating on you're profile, not the busted stars underneath someone banned's avatar. You can rank other users 1-5 stars on their profile but it doesn't reallly do much or matter.

You can't see anyone else's warnings. The five stars beneath busted people is just A reference to the five star wanted level on gta games

About Slamman: It's enough when I say he was the craziest forum member I've ever seen here all the time. And I believe this "slamman story" began long before I reigistered, I've seen only the end.
