You mean in Minkowski spacetime? Well, it means the three dimensions of space are combined with a single dimension of time. It also means that space and time cannot be considered separately.

While I am browsing this forum it interferes with DTV's signal, don't know why.... I am not bothered by it and it only happens while certain channels are on but it's just weird and I was wondering why it happens.

 

Edit: the interference is as if my signal is weak but It's definitely not.

So I'm saving for one of those $800-$1000 Asus gaming laptops, but it occurred that I'm gonna try to get mostly online classes when the semester starts this summer .

 

Would it be worth it to get a desktop instead ? Like is it true I could get the same qualities of the Asus laptop for the half that price ?

I didn't get to watch the whole thing, sadly The worst part is that most theatres around here have stopped showing it by now. I'll certainly get it on DVD, though, as my old man told me it was probably the greatest sci-fi movie he'd seen since 2001: A Space Odyssey. Now that we got into this sci-fi talk, I really feel like watching Blade Runner for the 10000th time tonight

I think you'll like it.. I enjoyed it myself. Makes me wonder when it'll be the day when travelling from planet to planet would be no different from a trip to your local grocery store, lol.

Do you end up in an orphanage before you get adopted? is anyone familiarized with such process? How long does it usually take?

Child services come and put you in foster care. But, if you have family members who'd be willing to take care of you, who aren't doing anything illegal, then you could probably live with them.

If building your own desktop, then yes, you will be able to make one for about $400-500 bucks that has similar performance. It's really just a compromise between value and portability, it depends on how important each are to you.

 

If you end up going with a laptop though, I would recommend spending a bit more to get this one:

The 970m GPU will blow the one found in any $800-1000 Asus out of the water. You're looking at a 70%+ increase in gaming power.

That's spacetime, which isn't a euclidean (ie: geometric in the way the third, second, and first are) dimension, but is still often called the fourth dimension.

 

I understand it as position, since that's what happens when you extend a 3D shape , but that's probably trivializing it or dead wrong.

A movie is best enjoyed without snacks. Keep all your senses open and undistracted so you can better process the movie. Enjoy the snacks after the movie to maximize time spent enjoying things.
