I have some friends who smoke e-cigs and they say they get it at dedicated smoke shops. Otherwise you should be able to order it online. Sorry I can't be more helpful there, bro

The study you're citing(presumably, the USC one?) also mentions that these toxic metals appear in much smaller concentrations than in regular cigarettes. I will only be doing it with flavor, not with nicotine. I eat too much sh*t and snack too often, but found that an e-cig with just flavor did dampen the craving for sh*tty food. This is just my experience with it though.

he's 50 or 52 years old, will e-cigs make any difference now? I said it before and I'll say it again, he started smoking 6 or 7 years ago, so I guess he's not that f*cked yet.

 

i heard something about e-cigs being more harmful than cigarettes,, is that true ?

What do you mean by make a difference? To his health? Lifespan? I'm sure he will feel a big improvement by stopping smoking completely, and if switching to e-cigarettes helps that transition it can be a good thing. Think of it in a different perspective: if you eat yourself to obesity by having burgers every day, there is no point saying "what is the point of switching to salads now, I'm already fat" when switching to a healthy diet and stopping those burgers can drastically reduce your chances of further weight-related problems in the future.

yeah, he started just a few years ago but he's looking forward to stop smoking,

 

I was thinking about encouraging him to smoke e-cigs, because he can't stop "lighting and smoking one" everytime, you know... but I know he won't lay the real cigs down. BTW, he was obese a few years ago but now (not now, 4 our 5 years ago) he went through bariatric surgery, but he regret that to death.

 

 

ok... i just realized that he started smoking just after the surgery. Huh...

E-cigs generally do less damage to you, so if your choices are smoking cigarettes or electronic, go electronic. But kicking the habit all together is the best thing you can do.

Can you buy games from the Xbox Marketplace (or whatever it is called now) if you don't have a Gold\paid subscription? I'm also wondering if games are only available in certain countries and not in others, regardless if a paid subscription is required. I want to buy the HD version of San Andreas when I get my Xbox 360 but Xbox Live isn't really available here (you can buy 3 month cards from certain retailers but I'm not interested in multiplayer and the other benefits that come with a subscription for now).

A friend of mine takes a French exam, and he wants to watch a TV Series named "Spiral" or in French "Engrenages" but also with French subtitles. I tried search but got nowhere, even tried with my awful French to search on the web, but nothing. Is there anyone who heard about this TV Series and can lend me a hand? I'd be very grateful.

It was racist slurs that finally sealed the deal, but generally being an utter tool, pushing the boundaries of common decency and sense didn't exactly help his case. I don't think he'll be coming back this time.
