Spore is close, but you don't get custom laws. You can create your own species(talkings dogs, godzillas or whatever), vehicles, buildings, and with hacks, planets and plants.

 

You can pass laws in Nationstates.org. Or you can buy Democracy, which also allows you to control a country.

I know Moth and Otter suggested Spore, but I think Sid Meier's Civilization series sounds closer to what you're looking for, especially Civ4 and 5.

 

There are a bunch of mods too, so you can have all types of civilizations, leaders, buildings, vehicles etc etc, based on both real life and fictional stuff.

As far as I've always heard, 'Deep web' refers to sites and individual web pages that have not been indexed by conventional search engines. Legality has zero to do with it. 'Dark web' refers to sites and individual web pages that are intentonally not indexed, for any number of reasons. Not always illegal.

 

'Dark web' is only a fraction of the 'deep web'. if that makes any sense.

"Darknet" rather than "dark web" in this context (the latter is somewhat different) but yeah, this.

So my HDD on my laptop failed, I'm buying an SSD, should I get Windows 7 or 8? Cost isn't a factor (it's currently running Windows 7).

I've been using Rhapsody for the last 6 years or so for my music but i have learned that April Spotify is coming to Playstation.

 

Now my question is Spotify pretty much the same as Rhapsody when it comes to their music libaries?

 

I got a free trial using the app on my iPad but when i tried to search for songs that Rhapsody has but didn't find them on Spotify but i know as a free-trial i won't get full access to the site.

 

So if i upgrade to the premium services what are the chances that the song will be there?

Has every song I've ever looked for in there. There are a few artists like The Beatles whic have not licensed their music to spotify but by and large it has everything, and the playlists are amazing. People make cool stuff and you can use their playlists too and make your own, really good.

The only reason i'm even considering Spotify is because my daughter while messing around with my phone somehow made a new account on Rhaspody which overwrite my account and wiped out all of my music over 7 years of adding songs i had probably 10-15,000 songs

Going Premium on Spotify won't give you access to any more songs, it just unlocks a lot of other features.

I'd go for 7 mostly because I really don't like the looks/features of 8, and from what I've gathered, some games don't don't work well on 8 either. If you are not planning on gaming on the computer and you don't have any other problems with either 7 or 8 you can go either way. I'm sure 7 will see at least a good few years more of support as well.

He was the second account of the banned Fluttershy, which isn't allowed on these forums (for good reason). Good riddance aswell.

It's actually recommended you should if you're stranded in the desert, at least I remember hearing that some time ago. It helps to keep your mouth moisturized even though it sounds... disgusting. But there's not really any harm coming from it, not that you should do it. Edited by StyleSlick
