OK, so here's the situation. I found, all of a sudden, an amazing, friendly, beautiful, gorgeous, dark hair, green eyed girl on instagram. We started to talk (using Snapchat) and I realized that she is almost perfect.

 

The problem is, we're 370~400 miles away from each other. She's almost 18 (the legal age), and I wanna see her in person as soon as I can. What the f*ck should I do in the meanwhile? Should I give it a try someday to see if it'll be worth/as we both "expect" it to be, and travel there?

If it feels right, go for it. You don't want to have very high expectations, though. Then you'll try too hard, and things will go in the opposite way of what you'd like. But that's not to say you can't have any expectations. Just wait it out, until she's legal. Just do what you've been doing in the meanwhile.

I've always wondered about that too, but I kind of expect that we're about to find out that they think the same thing about each other and Americans.

Let's discuss some specifics, because while I remember thinking this once upon a time, I can quite clearly recognize accents in singing voices now. Like, McJagger? John Lennon? Iggy Pop? Ozzy? There's no denying it.

 

I suspect there are a few artists who have developed signing voices quite different from their speaking voices but, outside of musical production or theatre I can't think of anyone specific...

I've got a friend that ive known for 6 years but for the past year hes been very annoying for example every time I make a spelling mistake (which we all do, also Im dyslexic) he points it out and keeps going on about it over and over again... "you can't spell" he says "i told you you can't spell" he says again and again... ITS SO ANNOYING!!! iv'e told him like 5 times people make mistakes... so what? and then i was playing GTA 5 and he said "all you ever play is Rockstar games" so I said "whats Wrong with that?" and he said "that's a bit strange" and I said "i like Rockstar, so what?" HE KEEPS GOING ON ABOUT IT! "all you play is Rockstar" he says, he mentions it every day... I DON'T CARE WHAT I PLAY SHUT UP! ive said that I play FSX and many others games like the crew... but then he says "iv never seen you play them" WELL YOUR NOT WITH ME ALL THE TIME, UGH HE WONT SHUT UP!

and when I was in I.T. I made 1 mistake and hes like "I told you not to do that" and he keeps going on about it... so what get over it... he also says that I don't take an interest in things he says, but I do take an interest.. ...ugh...also he keeps saying the same jokes over and over...am at the point of falling out with him... what should i do? hes just so repetitive... he also threatens to tell people secrets that he knows about me.. he says" if you don't do this" or "if you don't stop this, I will tell everyone about this" HES BEING A DICK! also I said that a girl was nice looking and then hes like "you fancy her, im telling everyone" i don't even fancy her i just said she looks nice? UGH...and then I was talking to him about someone in my class that I don't like and I said something about them and then he said "oh, im going to tell them that" why? ive only got like 2-3 close friends that i see and he's one of them... I don't want to fall out with him but i'm coming close to it... ugh... PLEASE HELP!

Sounds like some sort of malware. If I were you, I'd boot up the computer in safe-mode and run Super Anti-Spyware, and afterwards run CCleaner. I used to have the same problem, and that helped to a good extent.

If he responds well, work together and let him know immediately if he is being annoying again so you can avoid it better. It may also be worth evaluating some of the ways you can treat him better (just in case his behaviour is a response to the things he doesn't like about you)...though of course only you can tell this.

 

If he doesn't respond well, it's best just to stop speaking to him, you may have been friends for long but there is no point in trying to be a friend to someone if they refuse to treat you with respect. You may only have a few friends, but you will soon have more (and lose some of those too) so it is best just to keep a good attitude and move forward with your life.

Do what Yolo suggested but also check your control panel > programs and make sure you don't have any programs that you didn't install.

 

Sometimes when you instal a program they'll slip another program in and you click accept without even realizing it and it's always some kind of ad software.

 

It could be as simple as removing an unwanted program that installed itself
